Settlement deed help guide

This guide is designed to help you complete our settlement deed application form.
Each section of the settlement deed application form has a corresponding reference number. This guide sets out each reference number and its explanation. If you have any further questions regarding the application please contact us via info@tidewaytunnels.co.uk or 0800 0721 086

Contact details 0.1 Title 0.2 First name Provide any titles that the first / second applicant may have. Provide the given name for the first / second applicant as shown on their passport or birth certificate. This is the name given to the applicant at birth, but not their family/ surname. Provide the given middle name(s) for the first / second applicant. Provide the surname for each of the first / second applicant. This should match the details on any supporting documents submitted in the application. If the surname has been changed, either through marriage or deed poll, please provide copies of documents recording the change with your submission. 0.5 Telephone number This should be completed for the person who is to (day) be directly contacted during the daytime by the Settlement Deed Administrator. Daytime hours are defined as being between 9am and 6pm. For all numbers please ensure that area codes and extensions are included. If the number is an international one, please include the international dialling code.

0.6 Telephone number This should be completed for the person who is to (evening) be directly contacted during the evening by the Settlement Deed Administrator. Evening hours are defined as being between 6pm and 9pm, British standard time (adjusted for daylight saving / summer time as required). There will be no contact after 9pm, or before 9am. These will be treated as out of contact hours. For all numbers please ensure that area codes and extensions are included. If the number is an international one, please include the international dialling code 0.7 Email address (if applicable) This should be completed for the person who is to be directly contacted via email by the Settlement Deed Administrator.

0.3 Middle name 0.4 Surname

This should include the full postal address of the 0.8 Address of the property including the post code. building which would benefit from the settlement deed Section 1 – Interest in property 1.1 A private individual Select this option if your interest is as a private individual. 1.2 A company 1.3 A partnership Select this option if your interest is as a company. Section 3 – A company 3.1 Company name 3.2 Company number Provide the full name. Provide the full registration number.

3.3 Registered Address This should include the full postal address including the post code. 3.4 How the company will sign the settlement deed 4.1 Name of the partnership 4.2 List of partners 4.3 Principal address Confirm how the company intends to sign the deed eg, directors, company secretary or authorised signatory. Provide the full name. Provide the full names of all partners. This should include the full postal address including the post code of the principal partnership address. Confirm how the partnership will sign the deed eg, all partners, authorised signatory or authorised signatories.

Section 5 – Other organisation or unincorporated body Describe how the organisation or unincorporated body should be designated.

This should include the full postal address including the post code of the principal organisation or unincorporated body address. Confirm how the organisation or unincorporated body will sign the deed eg, authorised signatory or power of attorney.

Section 6 – Address for service of notifications Please provide the full postal address for the service of notifications. This may be different from the address set out previously.
