Objectives
Broad Objective:
Analyze the problems and weakness faced by BTCL and to formulate a turnaround business strategy for retrenchment and renewal of the company

Specific Objectives:
To analyze the internal environment BTCL through policy analysis and management review To analyze the external environment of BTCL through competitive analysis and PESTEL To perform a root failure causes analysis of BTCL To find out the problems and weaknesses in BTCLs business strategies To devise turnaround strategies, both short term (retrenchment) and long term (renewal)
