Vrpayroll understands the critical urgency of implementing the tool and ensures to provide our best services at all times. The service includes the software, hosting, IT maintenance and application upgrades. 5.1 Availability of Service and Support
Vrpayroll Software offers a guaranteed availability of the Vrpayroll Online services. This guarantee will be backed by a comprehensive SLA. Some of the salient features of the SLA are:  Guaranteed availability of the service for 98% of the time in a calendar month excluding scheduled downtime and Force Majure.  Price Credits to customer when availability falls below the guaranteed time  Dedicated email support for any issues related to Vrpayroll Online service. These support services will be provided on working hours of all business days.

7 Terms & Conditions
 The price mentioned in the ‘6 Plan & Pricing’ section is for a single legal entity. Branches of the same organization, which share the same PAN and TAN number are not considered as separate legal entity.  If you have multiple legal entities, then you would need to subscribe to multiple accounts.  Prices are based on the subscribed services.  A standard minimum price of Rs. 2999/- per month would be applicable.

 The first invoice will be generated at the end of first month of the availed service. Invoice will include the setup fees.  Regular billing is done monthly and Invoices are generated on 1st of every month.  Billing is done based on the number of current (non-resigned) employees in the database for both first and subsequent Invoices.  All generated invoices will be emailed to the contact email address provided in the Customer Profile.  Customers need to pay amounts specified in the invoices within 7 calendar days of them being generated.  If invoices are not paid past their due date, the service will be automatically suspended.  Resumption of service will happen after all past dues including dues for the suspended periods are paid in full.  If a customer wishes to stop accessing the service, they can send a mail to the Service Administrators and the account will be disabled.
