POSITION DESCRIPTION/ AGAR is searching for a creative and innovative Social Media Coordinator, who is able to plan and execute advanced social media strategies and has at least 3-5 years of experience. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your ability and experience to create sophisticated, multiplatform social media campaigns for a diverse range of clients. This position is built for a person who thrives off building relationships with clients and can champion brands. You must be able to leverage your knowledge of consumer culture to create and execute branding campaigns that both engage and grow a client’s audience. The ideal candidate should be motivated, well organized, have excellent writing, presentation, and analytical and budgeting skills. The Social Media Manager must have the ability to work closely with clients to execute their visions, with the ability to effectively lead a team and describe the vision succinctly. Your ability to curate cohesion between a brand and their social media presence is paramount. A detailed knowledge of analytics, along with the ability to show progress to clients with them is also vital. This position will oversee the management of multiple client relationships including statuses, conference calls, daily communication, face-to-face results reviews, plus general support and troubleshooting. This position will place you in a leadership role that will sharpen the skills you have already required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Posses and demonstrates a detailed knowledge of the dynamics and workings of clients’ social media - Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for a large account accurately and ability. - Manage clients’ timelines to ensure that their goals are not just met, but exceeded - Work closely with clients and AGAR’s social media team to develop comprehensive programs and strategies. - Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the social media landscape, while maintaining knowledge of relevant concepts and trends. - Demonstrate an extensive knowledge client and agency inner workings. - Hold and accept ultimate accountability for the results of your social media team’s strategies. - Keep agency informed about progress of social media team. - Motivate and efficiently lead the team to accomplish complex goals.

- Develop in-depth business and reporting as well as comprehensive ROI analysis. - Understands agency structure. - Lead and actively contribute to a strategic and succinct content management plan. - Have experience managing teams, including reporting and professional development. - Ability to create, manages, present, and execute social content process and plans. - Manages - Contribution & participation in 360º client / agency marketing teams - Contribute to new business efforts in all areas applicable - Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, overseeing and coordinating all communications - Manage client expectations regarding the day-to-day execution of the program (logistics) - Oversees deadlines, estimates and approval procedures for assigned projects. Helps develop tools and recommendations to improve the current workflow process Additional Responsibilities: - Responsible for supporting the AGAR vision, mission and business plans, goals, philosophy, principles and values - Partner with leadership team and staff for new business pitches - Cross-sell and grow the relationships throughout the office as applicable - Lead team meetings and interact with all levels of management/staff and recommend solutions across functional areas - Stay current with culture trends and changing business processes - Develop customer loyalty DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE/ Qualifications: - BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or related field - 3-5 years of experience in social management. - Previous Experiential & Event Marketing a plus - Significant experience a large and complex portfolio of clients, while also for incremental work to grow business. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. - Experience launching new brands’ social media content. - Ability to train others on applying brand concepts/voice in social media. - Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team setting.
