The Business Centre is located on the 2 floor of the Hilton London Metropole. The centre can provide photocopying, fax facilities and secretarial services at a cost. Opening hours are 7:00am to 19:00 Monday to Friday.

Exhibition Stand Your exhibition stand will be placed in the main networking room, on the first floor of the Hilton London Metropole in the Monarch Suite. Refreshments and lunch will be served in these areas for all delegates. Any additional materials can be sourced through the venue directly or external suppliers at your discretion. Stand includes: (Please note SPACE ONLY does not include the below) A simple lighting system for the booths (2 x 6w LED lights ) 1 x 500 w power socket Each stand will include an arcade style fascia board for your company logo and company name

to change the floor plan at any time if necessary.

If you are building your own stand we require you/ your stand builder to fill out a Risk Assessment which will be passed onto the venue. Risk assessments are a legal requirement within the workplace. Your risk assessment must include build-up, open days and breakdown and you should consult and include information from your appointed contractors. A stepby-step guide to Health & Safety is listed on the health and safety form. All exhibitors must also complete a risk assessment and sign the Health and Safety form. Please return your completed Risk Assessment and Health and Safety form to no later than Monday 24th February. If you require a template or any further information regarding the completion of a risk assessment please contact Bonnie Clarke who will be happy to help. Additional Information Licences may be required for the following activities: Entertainment Music: PPL / PRS Video: VPL Cinema (or public viewing of films) Smoke Machines Lasers Special Treatments (i.e. therapy treatments etc) Noise: The use of microphones, videos or music is permitted, but the volume must not be such as to cause any annoyance to other exhibitors. The organisers reserve the right to prohibit their use if, in the organisers opinion, any annoyance is being caused and remove the offending equipment and/or exhibitor from the Hall. Insurance EMAP organisers whilst taking every reasonable precaution, expressly decline responsibility for any loss or damage that may befall the property of a sponsor from any cause whatsoever. Thus the exhibitor is required to insure legal liability and is very strongly advised to effect adequate insurance to include cover for products during the overall period (from Build Up to Breakdown) of the Hospitality area including transportation of products to and from the venue. The Monarch Suite will be locked outside of the official exhibition times. However, the organisers will not be held responsible for any loss sustained by sponsors due to fire, theft, damage or any other reason, or for any personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or any third party, or through any other cause. You should also protect your expenditure against abandonment, cancellation or curtailment of the event due to any reason beyond your control. Security The Organisers will provide general security within the exhibition halls. However, the individual security of the stands and exhibits lies within the responsibility of each exhibitor. Valuables should be locked away overnight and additional care should be taken during exhibition build & breakdown. Exhibitors are warned not to leave valuables unattended on their stands whether during the build-up, open or breakdown periods. Special care should be taken of mobile phones as these can be easily misplaced or stolen. Do not leave your stand unattended at any time.

There will be manned security overnight. Fixtures and Fittings Please ensure nothing is fixed to the floors, walls, ceilings or columns of the suites by any method. If you require fixing to these areas please contact Bonnie Clarke before the conference to see if this can be organised. Should any damage be incurred during the tenancy the organisers have the right to invoice the exhibitor for the cost incurred to replace or repair the damage on behalf of the hotel.
