Work Procedure

Before and during launch mechanical work practice 2 : 1. Do not attempt to remove foreign objects from the eyes or body , according to the health service for medical treatment . If the chemicals in the eye, wash eye for 15 minutes in a stream of open water before proceeding to medical treatment. 2. Do not use compressed air to blow dirt or debris from the machine to avoid scattering the chips. Never use compressed air gun to clean clothes, hair, or aim a gun at another person. 3. Machines need to be covered when cleaning, repairing , or oiling . 4. Make sure the fabric from moving or rotating machinery . 5. Do not wear ties, loose clothing, jewelery, gloves, etc. around moving or rotating machinery . Long hair must be tied back or covered to keep it away from moving machinery . Protection of hands in gloves should be used to handle hot objects , glass or sharp items eye. Do not wear gloves while operating machinery * Exception: in special circumstances , with the approval of the machine shop foreman , tight ( the right size ) thin leather gloves may be worn if needed as PPE . 6. Wear appropriate clothing for the job (ie do not wear short sleeve shirts or short pants during welding). 7. Do not work in the shop if you are tired or in a hurry - this is almost always ruins the work, and often cause injury. 8. Never enjoyed horseplay in the shop. 9. All machines must be operated with all required guards and shields in place. 10. Brushes, hooks, or special tools for removal options chips , shavings, and other work areas other than that . Never use your hand to clean sections - sharp! 11. Your fingers clear of the machine operating point using a special tool or device, such as, push sticks , hooks , pliers , etc. . Never use a rag near moving machinery.

12. Hammer drive can not be used to attack hard gadgets or any other machine parts. Use a soft faced hammer. 13. Make sure floor around the machine clean, dry and free of trip hazards. Do not allow chips to accumulate. 14. Think through the entire job before starting. Ask for help if you have questions. 15. Before starting the engine, always check it for proper setup and always check if the machine is clear for see to operate manually, if possible. 16. Do not drink or eat in the stores. Do not bring food or snacks into the store. 17. Try not to use the equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 18. If you are not working with a particular substance before, check the materials safety data sheet book any specific warnings must be taken when working with the material. Also, ask the store staff before deducting any exceptional material. 19. Follow all precautions are appropriate when working with solvents, paints, adhesives or other chemicals. Use appropriate protective equipment. 20. Check power cord and plug in a portable device before use.

Process: Moving on: It is the process of removing material from a rotating work piece surface length. So is the process by which a piece of material (wood, metal, plastic, or stone) is rotated and a cutting tool traveled along two axes of motion to produce precise diameters and depths step.

Measures about: It is the process of obtaining different diameters on the work piece along the length by adjusting the depth of the tool.

Tyre About: It is the process of giving an angle to the workpiece with the aid of a compound slide.

Boring: Is the machining of the inner cylinder (generating) a) with the installation of a piece of chuck or faceplate spindle through b) the installation of the part to the cross slide and place the cutting tool into the feed.

Knurling: Deletion of jagged pattern to the surface to be used as a hand grip using a special knurling purposes.

Threading: It is the process of producing a helical V grooves on the surface with the help of the lead screw.

Facing; It is the process of removing material from the surface or face the end of the work piece.

Grooving: It is a process that produces a V groove on the surface of the cycle, the tool has the same V shape as required to produce the above piece of work.
