What is Emotional Freedom Techniques?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is the set of gentle healing techniques used to reduce and
eliminate stress, anxiety and other negative emotions. It is a highly effective way to relieve emotional and physical issues, remove limiting beliefs and create success and abundance in your life. Featured on TV and other programs, and in numerous newspapers and journals, EFT is a new way of thinking about healing. It is simple to learn and powerful in its effects. Use it for yourself or to assist others.

About the workshops

Level 1 EFT:

learn the basics of EFT, long and short-cut versions EFT for anxiety, stress, food cravings, breathing, physical pain, trauma tapping points and sequences interactive and practical workshop experience effects of EFT during the workshop

Level 2 EFT:

Includes using EFT with others builds on level 1 knowledge and proficiency using EFT with others a great tool for teachers, parents, carers, health and allied health professionals, mental health workers, child care workers, anyone who works with people clear your own anxiety, phobia or trauma in the workshop

The Presenter

Margaret Lambert, Connect Counselling Services in Darwin. Margaret is an author and psychologist and qualified Teacher and Librarian. Margaret is also a clinical member and Registered Supervisor of the Australian Counselling Association. She has a Certificate of Advanced Training in EFT and is an experienced presenter.
