Professional Experience
2008-2010 Director of College Counseling Louisville Collegiate School, Louisville, Kentucky Developed and led the college preparation and advising program at an independent, non-sectarian, coeducational college preparatory school, serving as a member of the Upper School Administration and the Academic Affairs committee. Advised and mentor college bound students and families through college admissions, financial aid, and matriculation processes. Managed a comprehensive rebranding of the institution, including graphic identity and web presence. Directed the testing program, including the administration of AP, PSAT, SAT, and ACT for over 200 students. 2008-2010

Assistant Director of Admissions & Director of Communications University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois Directed the print communications for the undergraduate admissions office, managing the Universitys graphic identity, and allocated $2 million advertising and communications budget. Developed the identity and defined the voice for the undergraduate admissions program, winning multiple gold awards from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Principal application reader for the Midwest US, traveling extensively to recruit at college fairs and high schools in addition to serving as the primary reader for over 1300 applications. Coordinated joint travel and reading programs with peer institutions (Columbia, Brown, Rice, Cornell), traveling to over 200 schools across the United States and Canada.
