Your task is to evaluate and report on a current system status. Scenario: The IT organisation that you work for has a support contract in place with Unique Books and Stationary Supplies. The contract includes the upgrading of the computer hardware and software as required by the client. Your supervisor has asked you to produce a training & technical manual for a feature of an application that will be implemented in the organisation in a few months in addition to a technical guide to prepare a new system for software installation. As this will be the first training manual the organisation has produced, your supervisor would like you to determine the documentation standards so all future training manuals are of the same quality. ASSESSMENT TASKS Aim: - To create a training manual, (plus specifications and template) for the following tasks: (User Manual) Select one of the following options: 1. How to create and perform simple & complex Mail Merge documents in MS Word using internal and external (Access) data sources. Include one record your details and at least 3 records of your class friends in the Data source. 2. How to create a chart in MS Excel, Use 3 different types of charts, Edit, Format, Print charts etc..
