(10) Motion (LaBonge - O'Farrell) requesting that Council adopt a Resolution assigning the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association a right to apply for Proposition A Cities Excess Funds in the amount of $677,500 which are available from the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District for the Third Supervisorial District of the County of Los Angeles, on condition that the funds are used for the completion of the Hollywood Bowl Amphitheater Seating Project.
