What is Work-Life Balance?
Work-life balance is to find effective ways where today’s employee can strike a happy medium between the office and home. It’s about effective time and stress management in order to increase productivity, decrease stress and have a happier life! For the past year we have done research into the
growing trend of Corporate Wellness Programs, and there is mounting evidence to suggest that Barbados is leading the Caribbean in this regard. Coming out of this research, we came up with the idea to host the Caribbean Work-Life Balance Conference and Exhibition, bringing together presenters and exhibits that will speak to the themes of work-life balance, wellness, joy and happiness, all in an effort to improve personal well-being and overall productivity.
