HOW TO APPLY
For every competitive examination of B.C.E.C.E. Board, the candidate has to purchase prospectus along with forms and other materials for the examination, either from the Banks or institutions mentioned in the notice. There are two method of submitting the application form: (a) ON LINE METHOD (b) BY FILLING UP ALL THE FORMS BY HAND AND SUBMITTING THROUGH POST

Procedure to Apply ONLINE FORM:

1. Purchase prospectus and Main Application Form set from Institute. 2. (i) For ONLINE method the candidates will get only one main form to be completed by hand. (ii) Candidate should note down carefully the Application Number given on main form. She/he will have to fill in this Application Number while applying Online. 3. She/he should visit any of the our websites (ii) www.bceceboard.com (iii) www.bcecebonline.com GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE COMPUTER FORM 1. Candidates should visit any of the our websites (i) www.bceceboard.com (ii) www.bcecebonline.com 2. Go TO PGMAT-2012 ONLINE REGISTRATION Page and click on Online Computer Form PGMAT2012 Link. 3. Candidates are requested to fill correct information and click on Submit Your Form Button. 4. After clicking Submit Your Form Button Draft View of your filled Computer Form will appear.

NOTE: There is provision to modify the submitted On Line Computer form before clicking FINAL

SUBMIT Button. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the details in on-line Computer form, if any excluding Application No.
5. You must click on FINAL SUBMIT Button for successful registration. 6. After clicking FINAL SUBMIT Button Report of your filled Computer Form will appear.
Please retain your Registration No.carefully for further reference and take a

printout copy of the Report for future reference. 7. For printout of your report click on "Print My Online Computer Form" Button. After clicking on "Print My Online Computer Form" Button, Print dialogue box will appear. Select a printer and click on OK Button. Paste recent passport size photograph in the space provided in section-B Complete your full signature in English and Hindi in the space provided in Section-B Complete your full signature in English in the space provided in Section-A Send it to BCECE board office along with the main form filled up with hand and complete in all respect and enclosures as per instructions given in the prospectus at the address given below. Last date of Receipt is 5pm of 25th January 2012.

NOTE: In case the candidates are unable to take the printout copy of system generated Report at the time of registration they can take printout of his/her report later on. But in any case not later than closing date/time of ONLINE Registration. Steps to follow for REPRINTING the Report: 1. Candidates should visit any of the our websites (iii) www.bceceboard.com (iv) www.bcecebonline.com 2. Go to PGMAT-2012 ONLINE REGISTRATION Page and click on Computer Form Printout Reprint link. 3. Enter your Registration No., Application No., and Date of Birth and Click on Printout Report Button. After clicking on Printout Report Button, Report of your filled Computer Form will appear. 4. For printout of your report click on "Print My Online Computer Form" Button. After clicking on "Print My Online Computer Form" Button, Print dialogue box will appear. 5. Select a printer and click on OK Button. CAUTION: SPECIAL ATTENTION 1. All Online Applicants are also required to submit the hand filled main Application form and print out of on line Computer Form duly signed, Photograph pasted and with enclosures by Speed post /Registered post within time limit. 2. Online Computer Form can be filled and Reprint taken on internet only up to 5pm on 20th January 2012. This facility will not be available after that Date /Time. Candidates should fill in and take print sufficiently before that date/time.
