THE DEAFENING SILENCE OF PROTEST TO THE NEW s-55 ROLL-OUT OF THE CDSA

I respect that no one likes bad news BUT wake up and read the writing on the proverbial wall. The reality is that Sec 55 of the CDS was totally rewritten and entered into the !a"ette at the sa#e ti#e as the $ctober Throne Speech was entered. %it went into effect & weeks before' on $ct () *$+ T,- +-C$+D i post this new s.55 at the end of this (.page article (. NOTE/ last 0une this s.55 was about (1& a page 2 it3s now 4.pages long' with all kinds of new branding provisions. TO HIGHLIGHT SOME MAIN FEATURES: These #arginal #easures will' in fact' initiate 35artial 6aw7 because that3s the only conclusion any sane citi"en can call it' when %8uote) [provision #1] “The Governor in Council may 'make regulations” .%This #eans he can create any rule he wants for carrying out the purposes and provisions of s.55 of the CDS . it then ends this legal ter#/) 9without restricting the generality of the foregoing” .%That3s a 3blank check to do anything this fictitious creation of law wants to 7 WHAT NEEDS TO NOTED IS/ There is no such thing as a hu#an being called “The Governor in Council” ask! "ow #o you charge someone that #oes not e$ist [a piece of paper] with the crime of Treason% AND then it lists 26 eh!"i#$%s #& 'those classes of persons', $n'e% the MMAR th!t !%e n#( $n'e% s-55' and frankly all of these new restriction are provincial Supre#e Court recogni"ed rights that the CDS si#ply refuses to recogni"e'3 therefore si#ply dis#isses as irrelevant 2 after all they can with the power to create regulations as they go %sorry it only gets worse) 1. ll of this is actually 5artial 6aw' because the enforce#ent is a total abuse of hu#an rights thru these paper puppets opinions that are going to be i#ple#ented %in the : and y) provisions to e#power police to create laws too. 2. T,-S- -;*$+C-5-;T <+$=ISI$; STI<U6 T-/ That s.55 regulations %that are created out of thin air) are enforced by an “adjudicator” %not in a court of law) . This is by definition the conspiring to enter into civil war against the people' by denying3 those classes of persons3 of due process under the law. > T+- S$; by a piece of paper. 3. Then under Sec 55 ?&@ it says %8uote) ?&@ The Governor in Council& on the recommen#ation of the 'inister of (u)lic *afety an# +mergency (repare#ness& may 'make regulations' %also create laws fro# thin air) that pertain to investigations an# 'other law enforcement activities' con#ucte# un#er this ,ct )y a mem)er of a police force an# other persons acting un#er the #irection an# control of a mem)er an#& without restricting the generality of the foregoing& may 'make regulations' %This 35inister3 is now an unelected board) 4. IN OTHER WORDS: Ahen you look at the (4B rules of engage#ent it #eans any add hock police or #ilitary personnel can break any law they want' when enforcing the opinion of this fictitious paper king' %after all it3s 5artial 6aw) IN OTHER WORDS: on the opinion of a fictitious creation of a paper king' everyone who enforces S.55 can do whatever they want to anyone who is designated as being in the/ %8uote) “pro#uction& packaging& sen#ing& transportation& #elivery& sale& provision&a#ministration& possession or o)taining of or other #ealing in any controlle# su)stances” %are now under) “the opinion of this Gov in Council& - it is necessary to communicate that information 'to' 'those classes of persons'& for the proper a#ministration 'or' enforcement of the ,ct an# the .egulations/ %The 55 + participants' %specifically) and the whole #edical cannabis industry that legiti#ately sprang fro# Supre#e Court Challenges' are now about to be tra#pled on by a corporation called the CDS ) %again/ Cust read the legali"e post below) THE POLITICS OF THE SITUATION: The ,arpster thinks he will destroy the 55 + and the 3victims it protecte#' . There3s easily (DD'DDD dispensary #e#bers in Canada that have no real right to access #edicine fro# clubs because they don3t #eet 3the life threatening illnesses3 criteria of the CDS . Therefore these dispensaries will inevitably have their growers picked off and 3or directly be shut down3' because in the opinion of thugs enforcing s.55' these clubs and especially the growers are soon to be victi#s of being defined as “ those classes of persons:' under the anne:ed 55<+. . AND REMEM)ER all of this is legal' because the adCudicators are going to be writing the laws' as they go' in order to protect those s.55 provisions %in this way the DCS creates its own new case.law precedent) 2 how can they loose' when the deck is rigged fro# top to botto# ) . )OTTOM LINE: I3# trying so#ething totally different' and the worst they can say is 3;$3' and until told otherwise the answer Cust #ight be 3a E-S3. 0ho knows& until we try% In this large filing . i3# offering a creative ways and #eans to effect real social changeF If you3re inspired/ Go for it* in your City (. I3# al#ost grateful to the , +<ST-+ for giving us such a solid hardship 1duress defence It3s political/ I3# trying to spark a powerful force called/ Consent of the governed, Aithout consent' it3s all Cust pissing in the wind

* Marginal note:Regulations

'What's does 'marginal note' mean?

It means all these rules and regulations are 'not' actually in the 'body of the legislation' - They are on the margins - not on the paper. Sleazy is what sleazy does - These regulations are so criminal that they actually are not 'in the legislation' They actually digress from being a margin, to being a margin of a margin in politics it called !i"ing themsel"es a wide margin for error - then, it's #ust an error in their ways $ut then it's legal, because the definition of %arginal note is Incorporation by reference I& '(W The )arpster has bro*en no law, by gi"ing +-months to challenge this change.
