February 13, 2014 For Immediate Release

We are fully aware that there are sexual abuses against children being committed by people associated with religious entities and that there are people who actively cover-up these atrocities. But we also know that the scale of that scandal is literally dwarfed by the one taking place at facilities operated by Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation, ~ Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher. Today, Life Dynamics Inc. a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas, is responding to reports that a Christian university has asked students to not report sexual abuse. According to Christianity Today, for decades, students at Bob Jones University who sought counseling for sexual abuse were told not to report it because turning in an abuser from a Christian community would damage Jesus Christ. In 2012, Bob Jones University drew praise for proactively investigating allegations of sex abuse and whether the school responded adequately. But approximately one month before the results of the 13-month investigation were due to be published, it has

fired the private firm it hired, GRACE (Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment), and requested that the investigation be halted and remain confidential. The investigation was led by Boz Tchividjian, Billy Grahams grandson. Tchividjian, founder and executive director of GRACE, wrote on why Christians struggle to report sex abuse claims. At the heart of the struggle is a fear that is rooted in the need to selfprotect, he wrote. All such fears are usually masked by a rationale that the reporting of such abuse may damage the reputation of Christ. Tchividjian went on to say, Lets make sure we all understand one important truth - child sexual abuse is both a sin AND a serious crime. In order to effectively carry out its responsibility of protecting children and punishing perpetrators, all 50 states have laws that mandate certain citizens to report suspected neglect or abuse of children. Violation of mandated reporting laws not only fails to protect children, but also enables the perpetrator to avoid criminal prosecution. According to reports, the GRACE investigative team visited the Bob Jones University campus to meet with administrators and student leaders last February. An online confidential survey was accessed 914 times, and 236 were completed and submitted, when the survey officially closed April 30. In its most recent report in November, the team reported completing about 80 interviews and having reviewed all written statements and other materials submitted to GRACE.

The termination letter asks that all work by GRACE be halted and that all documents, information and interviews be kept confidential. The university website carried a statement saying over the last several months, we grew concerned about how GRACE was pursuing our objectives and terminated the contract on Jan. 27. As a pro-life organization, Life Dynamics condemns any institution, especially a religious institution, which covers the sexual abuse of children in the same way we have condemned the abortion industry for continuing to do the exact same thing.

In response to the case involving Bob Jones University, Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher had this to say, Our position is the same as it has always been; people who conceal the sexual molestation of children are no better than the molesters. Both should be thrown in jail and left there to rot. And yes, we apply that standard to people who claim to be religious leaders as well as the organizations they run. When it comes to protecting children against predators, no one is entitled to a getout-of-jail-free card.

Crutcher continued, That is why we have been exposing the criminal behavior of Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation. These two organizations are operating a nationwide pedophile protection ring and we have proven it. We are fully aware that there are sexual abuses against children being committed by people associated with religious entities and that there are people who actively cover-up these atrocities. But we also know that the scale of that scandal is literally dwarfed by the one taking place at facilities operated by Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation. Moreover, they have been doing this for years and financing it with taxpayer dollars. In 2002, Life Dynamics conducted an undercover investigation in which Life Dynamics called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation. The caller portrayed a 13-year-old child impregnated by her 22-year-old adult male boyfriend. Her story to these clinics was that she wanted an abortion because she did not want her parents to discover their sexual relationship. The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to our caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity. (Listen to actual audio taped conversations here) In addition, Life Dynamics has been collecting documented cases where children were returned to their adult rapists after receiving abortions because the abortion clinic or Planned Parenthood center failed to report the suspicion or knowledge of the abuse.

Just this past January, a 39 year-old Redwood City man was sentenced to 25 years in state prison after he impregnated his 12-year-old daughter and brought her to a hospital for an abortion. Authorities say that Manuel Jacinto repeatedly raped the 12-year-old and then took her to San Mateo Medical Center to terminate her pregnancy. Police began investigating Jacinto after hospital officials notified police. Jacinto told officers that a 12-year-old boy named "Giovanni" was the father but police requested a DNA sample from Jacinto. On Dec. 23, 2013, Jacinto pleaded no contest to three felony counts of forcible child molestation on the condition that he wouldn't be sentenced to more than 25 years behind bars. He will also have to register as a sex offender upon his release. Crutcher points out that in the Jacinto case, the hospital notified authorities rather than returning the child back to her abuser. But, according to Crutcher, Had this father taken his 12-year-old daughter to a Planned Parenthood or some other abortion clinic rather than a hospital we have proven that they would not have reported the crime.

Life Dynamics is calling for the media and politicians to fully investigate the abortion and Planned Parenthood industry for their crimes against children. Life Dynamics is currently working with several personal injury attorneys around the country in a campaign to educate the public about the pedophile protection racket covered up inside abortion clinics. The response to the campaign has been tremendous. In fact, many of the attorneys Life Dynamics contacted see the value in pursuing litigation against those who violate mandatory reporting laws.
