AB LAB Improve your core strength, balance and posture. A focused workout with cutting edge abdominal and lower back exercises. ABZONE Violet Zaki's signature class focuses on proper technique and high repetitions while developing stronger abs and back. You will learn how to work and strengthen your abdominals efficiently in 15 & 30 minute classes. BAND CAMP (SCULPT) Intense and therapeutic, this workout will get your muscles in shape fast. Full body workout using dual resistance tubing to help you build sleek, strong, and functional strength from your core to your fingertips! BOOT CAMP Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout! A fun and challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training using weights, body bars, steps, calisthenics and much more! CARDIO DANCE A multi-impact dance-based cardiovascular workout. Benefits overall cardiovascular conditioning and coordination. Style of dance and music selection varies with instructor. CARDIO INTERVALS a cardio/sculpt class that combines all elements of training DEEP FLOW YOGA Experience the beauty of deep. This flowing vinyasa class will hold poses a little longer, for a deeper experience of your body and soul. Become one with your creative animal and leave technology in the dust. FOOTWORKS FLOW At last! The Footworks class you’ve been waiting for. No practicing allowed! Footworks Flow is geared for everyone. This class is designed as an incredible cardio workout coupled with “user friendly” Footworks moves. Tons of fun with sweat or tons of sweat with fun...you choose! FOOTWORKS JAM This more traditional Footworks class picks up where Footworks Flow leaves off. For those who want to take Footworks to the next level, Footworks Jam introduces the “Triplets” moves which build and expand on Footworks Flow. Also a great cardio workout, this class is mentally as well as physically challenging. FOOTWORKS LEVEL 1 This is the second step in Sheldon Wesley's inspirational Step class. Levels 1-7 follow. More than a step class, more than a workout, more like a way of life. FOOTWORKS LEVEL 3 This is the next step in Sheldon Wesley's inspirational Step class. Levels 1-7 follow. More than a step class, more than a workout, more like a way of life. Suggested that you take the intro Level 1 & 2 until you feel confident to move on. FORZA! Italian for "strength and power." Also known as Samurai sword training, the one-hour class is a super-charged workout that blends elements of two Japanese Sword Fighting techniques--Kendo and Aikijujitsu. GROUP POWER This is your hour of Power. High energy barbell conditioning class set to awesome music. All levels will be satisfied with this fun, dynamic and effective workout. LATIN GROOVE This class will lift your heart rate as well as your spirit! A cardio dance class where you can let loose and have some fun while you salsa, samba and mambo to a Latin beat. A multi-impact dance based cardiovascular workout that benefits overall cardiovascular conditioning and coordination. Fun for all levels. NIA Kick off your shoes and experience the Joy of Movement! Crosstrain your body, mind, heart & spirit through a blend of Martial Arts, Dance Arts,and Healing Arts. Nia uses functional movement patterns that raise the heart rate, tone the body & lift the spirit. PILATES BODY AND RHYTHM A wonderful combination of Pilates, dance and conditioning. All levels PILATES MAT An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement and increases core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. PILATES REFORMER (PAID) Pilates Reformer (Paid) POWER VINYASA YOGA A dynamic, physically energizing form of yoga that is characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. POWER YOGA Our most athletic vinyasa practice. A vigorous, dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Includes various elements of many different yoga styles. RESTORATIVE YOGA Restore the body and renew the spirit as you quiet the mind with this passive, gentle style of yoga, ideal for beginners or those recovering from injuries. The use of props (blocks, blankets and straps) helps to support and ease the body into poses which are held for longer periods of time. The body relaxes; the mind becomes still. SCULPT EXPRESS A 30 minute body sculpt class combining multi-joint exercises to work various muscle groups at once. Work everything but your abs in this 30 minute blast. STILETTO CAMP (TM) Make Love Not War. Finally, a strong conditioning class with women in mind.Hits all the spots, muscles, bones and heart. STUDIO CYCLING A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and thus, focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport-specific drills, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. TAI CHI Traditional Tai Chi method to bring together the body, mind & spirit as one. URBAN REBOUNDING High energy/intensity trampoline workout for cardio conditioning created by JB Burns. VINYASA YOGA Characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. Improves strength, flexibility and toning, decreases stress and enhances body awareness. A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques. YIN/YANG YOGA 45 minutes of Power Yoga followed by 45 minutes of Yin Yoga (deep stretching). YOGA BASICS Beginner yoga class which introduces yoga flows, asanas (poses) and language used in many yoga disciplines.
