ROBERT P. PATTERSON, JR., U.S.D.J. The attorneys for the parties seeking relief against Leonard Rowe are required to present to the Court, and copy to Mr. Rowe, on or before 2 p.m. on February 14,2014: a) Legal authority for a Court declaration that all liens which have been filed by Rowe against Michael Zweig, Helen Gavaris, WME, Martin R. Gold, Christine Lepera, or other Loeb & Loeb attorneys, Dentons LLP, or Dentons attorneys, are invalid, null, void, and of no effect; b) A form of referral to the United States Attorneys Office for the Northern District of Georgia (with citation to the alleged violation of the criminal law of the United States allegedly violated by Mr. Rowe in the Northern District of Georgia), and the injury suffered by the parties by Mr. Rowe's actions; c) A form of referral to the United States Attorneys Office for the Southern District of New York (with citation to the alleged violation of the criminal law of the United States allegedly violated by Mr. Rowe in the Southern District of New York), and the injury suffered by the parties by Mr. Rowe's actions; d) A form of order together with legal authority for the issuance by the Court of an order directing that Mr. Rowe be civilly confined until such time as he complies with such an order including authority for the Court to confine Mr. Rowe in the specific institution named in the order; e) A form of order for Mr. Rowe to file with the Court sufficient to be proof that he has withdrawn all UCC Financing Statements and other documents filed with any entity in any jurisdiction against Dentons, Dentons attorneys, and against Loeb & Loeb attorneys; and 1) Evidence, together with legal authority to show proof of the damages suffered by Michael Zweig, Helen Gavaris, WME, Martin R. Gold, Christine Lepera, or other Loeb & Loeb attorneys, Dentons LLP, or Dentons attorneys, by the filing of UCC Financing Statements in the counties in which they have been filed.
