1. Preface
People achieve many targets in the social world during the life span. They put efforts to achieve target which are many times very difficult to study. This book gives examples of imaginary people to ease the understanding of persons. The book is written from the observations of the people in society and it can help the readers to understand the parameters in the life which can cause long term effect on their lives. The book can be useful for school students, professionals, and common man to plan the effort in their lives. The book is based on the personal observations of the author which may be subject to multiple circumstances which has very low probability of relation with the real life. The author does not take any responsibility of the mental conditioning which occurs in the lives of readers by using the book. It is sole responsibility of the reader to grasp the relevant information from the book and use it to their advantage.

2. Introduction
The book is written from the experiences of the author and his interactions with the people in world. The book may help to plan lives of people which may reduce the complications in their lives. The book studies the professions, personal lives, and professional lives of imaginary characters. We study the fitness status, life harmony, professional status, financial status, social lives, and time dependencies of the people which are critical part of any person. We will study the parameters in details with examples to guide the readers to plan achievements in lives. Planning in the life of persons can be useful to avoid problems which have already occurred with people. The book can be useful for college students, businessmen, and professionals to live a life with reduced complications.

3. Achievements cost
Achievements are different for every person as they have different working capabilities and targets in life. One has to setup the target to achieve something in his/her life within reasonable time and resources. People have to stretch themselves to achieve the set targets in the life. The most important factor which people ignore to achieve something in the life is fitness, they put extensive effort in terms of time in a day to achieve the targets. Working for long periods in a day may not be possible for a big time spans (say 6-10 months). This puts stress on the body parts and person may feel exhausted. We can estimate the cost of an achievement with the help of three parameters which follow: Time Money Professional status

Life is a state based system and its most important parameters can be above. The most prominent parameter is time as people have setup the target in predefined time periods. Most of the works have some dependency on others. Thus it is difficult to explain problems to achieve the targets. Also some people in the team may not be healthy and they may not be able to meet the targets due to lack of human effort. In such cases external people may be employed in the team to speedup the work which increases the time and money involved in the project. Money is a deciding parameter which helps the people to setup and achieve the targets. If the project lacks money then the project may not complete in set time period. The team members in the projects may not be interested in the project as they want more money. Also the facilities like internet connection, office stationary, pantry, office light bill, and rent may not be possible without money. As people advance in their careers they have to take responsibilities which increase with age. The responsibilities are more as director than compared to executive or manager profiles. The responsibilities include delivery of the work; management of the team, communication with client and team. The manager has to maintain the social image and get the work done in the set time period. This is difficult as he/she has to maintain professional image and at the same time behave well with the teams members. If there is any problem in the job, he/she may have to leave to job. The cost to achieve some target as per the above parameters is huge for some people as they keep on performing without any negative result on professional image, and health. A person may plan the effort to reduce the stress in life. The basic reason of stress is uncertainly to achieve something. Professionals take the work which is complex and has Consider the case of an employee named Abhijeet, he works as director of an automobile company (XYZ Automobiles Pvt Ltd). He motivates the employees to work in team and deliver the output as leader of the company.

The director of the company does the work to earn money for the company. Also the leader creates the company image. Analysis of the cost for achievement can be detailed as follows: Long term fitness loss Social status loss Mental stability loss Professional image loss Life harmony loss

In long term the director has to work for years and deliver the services to the company. He gets the rewards in terms of superior social status in the company. The services can involve extensive working hours and travelling for the company. Also the director has to take the tension to generate the finance and give salaries to the employees. This puts extensive physical and mental stress on the director which degrades his fitness status in long term. Social status has many values in the business world as people have to work in teams and cooperate as the teams with other companies. Any loss of the social status in the behavior flaws is liability of the company or director. The director has to constantly be relaxed in the company and interactions with the clients which does not allow him to main a good body. Exercise can cause mood swings. Mental stability is affected as the effort to deliver the services to the company is huge as compared to his potential. The director has to manage every situation in the company in spite of problems which is almost impossible. This uncertainty of work creates mental and physical tension. The director may not behave properly with the employees due to tension at work place which creates problems with his/her professional image. The excessive stress related to work interferes with the life of the director which disturbs his life harmony. The physical and mental tension largely reduces the quality of life. The achievements can be estimated as the loss of harmony of life, fitness status, mental status, and social image of the person. A simple method to estimate the cost is make simple tests for the fitness state and work related pressure in initial days of the work. Based on the results setup the targets or alter the targets in some coming days of the work. For example consider the effort to build pickle in a company. For initial three days the manager can analyze the feedback to make pickle in the company. Considering the feedback for effort of the workers, the manager can setup the plan for next phase in making of pickle in the company. At the end of every phase the manager can alter the next phase plan to ease the pickle making. We can estimate the cost as a graph as follows:

Figure: 01 The fitness, mental, social, and life harmony are shown as curves in figure 01. The graph can be useful to study the effort of life. The units are relative as compared to a base value which is set in the study. For example if we consider the base value as 0 for the fitness state of a person, any increment can be graded as +0.1 and can be shows as graph of line in the fitness state against the time. The decrements as -1 are not shown below the time axis. Similar things can be applicable to mental, harmony of life, and social status. Thus the cost to sustain the job and achieve results is may be huge as compared to the human potential.

4. Matrix of resources
A person uses his/her resources to achieve something in the life. A person has to make favorable conditions for the achievements in the form of resources. The time and availability are important parameter for the resources. Consider the achievement to master the art of communication in English language. Mr. Deven wants to master the art to orally communicate in the English language as book shop owner. This requires resources as a teacher to teach the language, time, budget to study the language, and feasibility. Other requirements follow: The use of most frequent sentences to deal with clients Vocabulary important for a shopkeeper Practical requirement to use English language

The matrix of resources for different achievements is different. The basic parameters are time, money, social image, and professional statuses of a person. All the parameters are relative; any variation of the parameter affects the other parameters. Consider the previous example of Deven who wants to learn the oral communication in English language. Here the dominant parameter is time which Deven can give to the teacher to learn the language without sacrificing his business. The human effort which Deven can put to achieve his business targets is limited. If the effort goes beyond threshold limit then Deven may not be able to perform in business. He may fail in the fitness target which does not allow him to exercise on daily basis and therefore he is not in the good fitness state. This has effect on the social status as he may start feeling bad at the work place and not able to communicate effectively with the clients. Every person has different working capabilities and therefore the matrix of resources is different for every person. Consider the example of a swimming athlete (Ronnet) in a sports club. The ideal matrix for Ronnet can be following: Good physical stamina Stable mental status Good financial status Sufficient time to exercise Good social status Good professional status

Stamina is important for any type of sport except sumo wrestling. Physical stamina has the effect on the daily life of the person and especially for a swimming athlete. The stamina is a state based system which means that it various with the time or age of the athlete. With increasing stamina the injuries increase for the athlete. There is limited potential to increase and utilize the stamina due the physical structure of the athlete. So the athlete has to plan for the performance time in the year. For example he can perform for three months in a year. Mental status plays important role in any type of sports. Mental status is dependent on the thinking abilities of a person. It has major base on the history of the person and his social

life. If person does not have good thinking abilities then counseling sections can help to condition the athlete for good performance. Also social circle motivates the athlete to perform in the tough competition. The athlete may feel depressed in absence of the counseling from the coach and team members. The coaching includes vivid visualization of performance in swimming pool which helps to prepare the athlete for good sports tournaments. The athlete must have sufficient funds for the sports training and medical care. This helps to tune the athletes performance for sports activities. It reduces the injuries and improves the performance. Apart for the daily activities the athlete must have sufficient time to exercise and take rest for recovery from the exercises. The athlete may plan the daily schedule to suit his exercise requirements. Team members in the swimming team help to motivate the athlete. Senior team members guide the athlete for any problems in performance and training. At the same time they act as friends. Swimming profession has span of 21 yrs to 35 yrs age for an athlete. The athlete has to perform for certain time period in the lifetime and develop his career. Performance is the basic criteria in any sports activity. The performance usually decreases after the age of 28 yrs for a normal athlete. The medals are rewards in the life time of the athlete. Professional guidance for coaches and senior athletes help to develop the career for an athlete. The above six factors help to study the resources which are required for a swimming athlete. There can be different combinations of the factors which decide the achievements status for a person. We first consider the age as a base factor. As the age increases the performance of the athlete is bound to decrease. It is peak at the age of 28 yrs and reduces tell 42 or 43 yrs age. Many athletes have mood swing problems and they are not able to concentrate on the studies. This causes problems in the social lives of the athletes with the increasing age. Also the injuries increase with age as the body starts to develop minute muscle breakages after the exercise. The training time also increases with the age as they athlete has to take great precautions to avoid injuries. Professionally the athlete becomes senior in the team and he has to take the responsibilities of the team as a leader. The athlete has more exercise and well developed body structure for the sports. Good mental conditioning is essential for an athlete with increasing age as the athlete has the life time span of about 25 yrs. With increasing age the athlete has to adjust in the environment of the sports activities. The athlete has to manage the social relations, professional status, and finance for the profession.

Figure :02 Time based matrix graph The physical stamina of the athlete influences his/her life. With good physical stamina the athlete is able to perform in the sport. Also the professional status is linked to the physical stamina. With good stamina the athlete has achievements in the sports in the form of medals. This motivates the athlete to perform in the sport. Good performance increases the rewards or salary of the athlete. The stamina is bound to decrease with the age of athlete which affects his/her career after the age of 35 to 40 yrs. Overall, the physical stamina has the effect on the career of the athlete. Mental status influences the persons performance in the sport and career. Good mental counseling can have good effects on the performance of the athlete. The athlete can develop mental attitudes to communicate with the team in decent manner. Mental state has positive effect on the profession, financial status, social relations, and career of the athlete. Suppose if the athlete is not able to perform in the sports activity in a competition. He should not get depressed from the performance. He should try to improve in the coming tournaments. Emotional support in sport is really important as it helps the athlete to perform without any problems. The athlete must not be suffering from any family problems to work as this reduces performance in the team. Finance is really important for any type of sports activity to purchase the training equipment and facilities. The training equipment must be readily available to the athlete as unavailability may have negative effects on the training. The athlete may suffer from injuries in absence of the equipment. Regular medical checkups are must for the athlete as this helps to avoid any problems in the performance. Social status, accommodation, mental

status, and professional statuses are linked to finance available for the athlete. The increase in the financial status is good otherwise the athlete is not able to perform. Professional status plays an important role in the life of an athlete. If the career graph is having positive slope (increasing), the athlete has good financial, social, mental, and physical fitness statuses. The status is a function of the social relations and age. If the age goes beyond 30 yrs this status is bound to reduce. In case of any bad relations with the sports association the professional status of the athlete goes down. If we try to create a table where the relative parameters for a person resources can be represented as follows: Sr.no Financial Professional status status 1 0-20 3 4 2 2 20-28 7 7 3 3 28-35 8 7 8 4 35 45 9 7 6 5 45-50 9 8 6 6 50- 60 9 8 3 7 60-80 10 10 3 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Age yrs Social Status Mental status 4 6 7 10 10 10 10 Fitness status 9 9 7 6 5 5 4

The above table is an excellence example for the people who are able to perform in the career and its shows the variations of the parameters with respect to the time. Overall the fitness, professional, social, financial, mental resources are limited for a person at an instance of age. The person has to allocate the resources in such a way to reduce the problems in life.

Time
Time is important for any person. Once time is passed it never comes back. A person or organization has to plan the activities for specified time periods and events at time instances. Suppose a 23 yrs old person wants to learn English. At 23 yrs is a suitable age to start to learn a language as he may become proficient in 2-3 yrs. The time at which the person starts an activity to achieve result is really important. As the person ages it is difficult for him to learn a second language due to influence of the mother tongue on the second language. Suppose if he starts to learn the language at the age of 40 yrs there are many chances that his language acquisition is not accurate. Thus the time lost in effectively learning the language is a critical factor to learning. Time has influence on profession, social life, mental, health, and financial statuses of a person. The factors are interrelated for the person. Suppose if a person is not able to purchase LPG gas cooking kit for house because of fewer funds when those are required follows: Fitness Financial status Mental status Life harmony

As the person is not able to purchase the cooking kit on time, he will not be able to cook food. He has to visit some hotel for food and this may cause upset stomach due to bad food quality. Secondly more time is spent to visit the hotel which causes energy and time loss. Daily usage of hotel food causes fitness loss in 2-3 months. As the person is not fit he may not work well in the company which can cause job loss. This directly relates to financial loss for the person. Also lack of funds and the effort involved to earn money causes mental tension. The tension results to aggressive behavior or depression. Ultimately the life harmony is lost in long term. A good plan which is time based helps to develop a good life. This is true for persons and organizations. Organizations have many complications. Consider a case of an organization which was not able to meet the target to achieve the quarter targets and which the effect on the following: Financial status Effect on plan in next quarter Professional status Pressure on management Marketing department Administrative department Production department Stores Human resources department

The company has financial plan for every quarter and if the flow of funds is not according to the forecast. Lack of orders or payments received from clients can be the reason for bad quarterly results. The reasons can be many like excessive demand on the production department; few employees may leave the company. Lack of funds can cause the organization to become bankrupt. Thus time is an important resource for survival of an organization. The plan in next quarter modified to achieve bigger targets in the organization. This puts pressure on the management and workers to perform to compensate the loss in last quarter. The plan may have more employees and projects. The plan is largely dependent on time as if there are problems in the last quarter they are solved in this quarter in the organization. The professional status of the organization has negative impact as it is not able to meet the targets in the quarter. If the company is publically listed in the stock market, the effect is visible in the shares value. Also the company reputation is damaged. The management is pressurized to perform in the organization to achieve the targets of next quarter. The management may recruit more employees or fire non-performing employees. The board of directors may take decisions to deal with new clients. The marketing department activities increase with time in the company as they try to get more orders to achieve the results. This involves extensive mental and physical efforts of the marketing team members in the current quarter. Marketing is very important resource for any company as they develop the organizations professional pool to for earning finance. The administrative department can take measures to improve the working conditions in the company to increase productivity. They can arrange few functions or parties to relax the employees from the work pressure. Production department can revise the targets in the coming quarter which can increase the pressure on the workers in the company. The human resources department can recruit more employees to increase productivity in the company. Thus time is an important resource or a company or person. The stores department has to manage the supply of raw material and the products to the clients. The plan for the storage depends on the production plans of the products. These are largely dependent on the time periods allocated to manufacture the products and store them in time period cycles. Any deviation in the production plan alters the material storage capacity of the stores department. Thus stores are important resources for the company. The human resource department is crucial for any company as it creates the plans to allocate the people suitable for different job profiles in the company. It also gives the performance incentives to the employees in the organization. Any problems related to the people are prime concern for the human resource department. The department also creates the new requirements for the jobs in the coming quarters. Thus human resources department is important resources for the company.

Money
Money is crucial resource in the society. Money has its own significance as it can purchase almost all the resources up to some extent. People use money as per their understandings in the society to survive and give services to others. It is a universally accepted resource and globally accepted for business transactions. The distribution of money to every person is as per the mutual understanding of people. Human life is a combination of many parameters like time, fitness, social relations, and their values which are applicable to every person. So any type of conclusion is very difficult to derive which is applicable to people. So it may not be possible to say that money is important for every person as it is dependent how the person valuates the money.

Fitness state
The fitness state of a person is dependent on the mental and physical parameters. Fitness is a relative word and it is age based function. We can study the fitness state of a person with the following most important factors: Age Mental state Physical fitness Medical history Profession

Up to the age of 35 yrs many people do not have major health problems with good body maintenance. People are known to have health problems at early ages due to factors like malnutrition, insufficient sleep, little, or no exercises. The human body requires development up to the age of 40 yrs and later good body maintenance can ensure good health at the age beyond 40 yrs age. Best is to maintain a good lifestyle with exercise diet and rest to avoid problems at the age beyond 40 yrs. Mental state is dependent on the thinking process of the person; if the person thinks that he can manage the situations with ease it is good. Sometimes bad health causes the people to get upset and show negative emotions. Mental conditioning is possible with the help of counseling from psychiatrists and reading self help books. These books give direction to the thinking process of the person and avoid any mental problems. Physical fitness requires regular exercises to avoid any problems in the body systems of the person. It involves daily exercise under the supervision of trained exercise specialist to avoid any problems as injuries. The state is largely dependent on the exercise history of the person. Medical treatment history of the person helps to tune the fitness state of the person. Consider if a person has joint problems of the knee then he cannot do running or high intensity exercises of the body. With the history, proper fitness states can be maintained for the person. Professions with sedentary jobs cause back problems for the people. Regular exercise, diet, and rest can avoid problems of fitness because of profession or lifestyle. Consider the example of a person who has a family in the metro city. The age of person is 45 yrs and he has to maintain the family and social relations in the society. The activities of the person may include: Earn money for the family Maintain social status Maintain healthy lifestyle Maintain good fitness level Person in the profession Mentor the family

The effort to earn money for the family is huge in the corporate sector. The person has work to earn money and the capacity to earn money reduces with the age as the physical capacity reduces. If the person maintains a good lifestyle and exercises regularly then he can enjoy good life through out his life Normally people are not able to spent time in gyms to be fit. Best is to avoid any type of complications in the lifestyle of the person to avoid any types of problems in the fitness state. Social life for any person is complex and requires extensive effort to maintain relations. This effort can take money, time, and contacts in the society of the person to use the relations for the benefits which is a type of business. Social relations requires years of effort to develop the faith and later use it for business activities in the society. It requires avoiding any negative emotions which damages the relation. People who do physical exercise may not feel good in the interactions with others and therefore they will not be able to become good businessmen in social part of the life. Social relations are all about the harmony of life and physical exercises disturb the harmony of life. The lifestyle of the person is dependent on his/her daily needs in the society. A dentist may not be able to maintain a good lifestyle as he has to work continuously for hours in the clinic or hospital to serve the patients. This does not allow to take breaks in the work time periods which can cause problems in fitness state of the person like back, knee, neck and digestive system problems. A good fitness level requires the person to exercise regularly and maintain good diet habits and rest routines. This is difficult for a person with engagements in the work place as most of the time is devoted to maintain other important parts of the life like money, social relations, and professional image. The profession influences the life of the person to a high extent in the society. Suppose he/she working in a painting company as worker will not have big health problems as the clerical job person. The worker does the physical work and this avoids any problems in the fitness level while the sedentary life style of clerk creates digestive system problems. At the same time person has to mentor the family as he/she is elder. He has to resolve any disputes in the family and mentors younger members for any problems. Thus fitness state has wide influence as resource on any person.

Social Life
Social life is important resource for any person. The person has to develop a social image for the friends, relatives, and fellow professionals. These relations are resources of the person which help to setup the image of person in the society. Social life is not only the prime factor as it relates to the other people in society with emotions of anger, love, hate, appreciation, and brotherhood. What ever a person does in the society derives the social image of the person. Consider the example of person who is a 50 yrs old and head of an organization. During the course of his life he may do the following: School life College life Professional life Friends Family

The school life of the director was important for his social life development as it has impact on the overall personality of the person. The effort put to develop the intellectual level, physical fitness and friends help to develop the life of the person. The personality trends develop the person up to a high extent in the society in the life. The college life develops his/her personality. The social relations are more effective in the college life as compared to school life. The relations develop the professional relations in the college and in the professional life of the person. The college life develops the friends which are assets for any person in the life. Professional life friends are the mentors, guides, and seniors who guide the person to develop career of the person. The friends are the people who do the marketing work for the people in the society to get the work and get its valuation from others. The professional life also creates the contacts in social life which are assets for any person. The friends are the people who interact with the person. The person has to choose friends in such a way to reduce the problems in life. Only good and dependable friends help to create good the professional and social of the person. The friends also help the person in the hard times. Family is most important for any person as he/she depends on them for daily requirement of resources. The family is the power house for any person as the father, wife, and children motivate him to work. If the person has the instance in life where he suffered from leg fracture. His social network helped him to survive in the problem. His friends regularly visited him to for moral support. His professional friends took his work so that his clients are not hampered at the work place. His family gave him personal care for speedy healing from the fracture. The social network also creates a pool of resources for the person to work in the business world where he is able to perform at the work place and create a space for him. This

network helps to bring new business in the work place. If there is any problem at the work place, the person is able to perform in a better way the help of social network. The social network has some shortcomings any negative resentment at the network destroys it and should be avoided at the work place. Social relations take years to build and only few minutes to break them. Any problems in the social life can be solved with the help of friends and mentors. Consider a problem where he has mental pressure which has effect on the following: Financial status Professional life Fitness state

As the person lost job the income source to live life is almost removed from the scenario. Here the person has to give money for the daily expenses and without income he will not be able to survive in the modern society. Here his friends will be able to guide him to stable income sources in the professional circle. Financial status is a time based system which is dependent on the professional skill, family background, and assets of the person. The social circle helps to tune the financial status of the person throughout his life. Professional status is dependent on the social relations as the relations help to develop the business circle for the person. If there are problems in the professional life the fellow professionals help to solve the problem for the person. Also the reliability of the professional services is guaranteed by the social circle. Professional status is dependent on the age of the professional and his growth in the career. Fitness state is a complex function of the age, professional status, financial status, and social relations of the person. If the person has some fitness problem then the amount of effort required to work in the professional world is too much and he/she will not be able to perform. Also Social relations will be disturbed as he/she will not feel and good and quarrel with others in the society. The financial, social, and fitness states are closely linked in the society. Any disturbance in the parameters in influences the other parameters with negative or positive effect. If the financial parameter decreases then the effort to stabilize it reduces the social and professional statues. If the social status is reduced then the professional and financial parameters are reduced. If the professional parameter is reduced then the financial and professional parameters are reduced.

5. Practical valuation of achievements

The value of something is dependent on how the valuer thinks about it. There are different criteria for valuation of things. If we consider the valuation of the achievement in the human life. There can be different preferences of people to value the achievements. The following can be major parameters for the valuation: Time Financial status Professional status Age Social status Fitness status

The most important parameter is time for a person. The time can be instance of day, year, month or week. The time of a person is useful to decide the effort put to achieve something in the life. The person has to spare time from his life for the achievement. This time can be half hours (for example 13:00 to 13:30) daily for few months or years. The person has to dedicate this time for the achievement. The importance of the time period on daily basis for the person decides the value of achievement. Also the time bound limit to achieve the result and importance of the achievement decides the valuation of time. Consider the example where Abhijit wants to achieve the target to learn guitar to intermediate level. He is studying B.E. Computer Science (third year) and he devotes about 1.5 hours daily to learn the guitar near to his home. The 2.5 hour has great value for Abhijit as he has to study for his exams and does the daily activities in the college. Guitar is a secondary target for him. He gives priorities to learn his engineering subjects and gym. Thus the time spent on daily basis for guitar may be omitted for small time periods. Here the value of time spent to learn guitar is less as compared to his daily activities. If we consider the value of guitar learning for Abhijit, it is less as compared to his college activities. The valuation of guitar learning for a professional music student is more and he may not prefer to learn the college education. Also time never comes back, so great effort has to be put to plan the activities with the available time. Thus the effort put to achieve the intermediate level of guitar may not have great value for Abhijit. Financial status is also a critical parameter to achieve targets in life. The financial status is a function of time of the person. Sometimes the person may be financially well and some times he may be bad. Finance is important to do almost everything in life. A person can enjoy the facilities of house, car, electricity, gas, food, clothes, and social security with the help of money in the society. If the money is not available in abundance then bargaining is the only solution to get things from others. Bargaining is often not accurate in business so money is better alternative. The financial status of person is dependent on his earning sources like employment or businesses. The availability, demand, and supply of money for a person are time dependent. For example the demand of money at the month start for a salaried person is high and supply is sufficient; at the end of the month the supply is not sufficient while the demand is more. The professional status and social statuses decide the financial status of a person. The demand and supply of money decides the value of financial

status of a person. Rich people have the good financial statuses most of the time in their lives. The valuation of the financial status depends on the person whether he she requires more or less money considering his/he present status. If the requirement is less then salary would be enough for a person. More money requirement would have business establishments, or fixed income from investments. Professional status is important for any person. The person improves in the profession as he advances in it. Usually the value of professional status increase with the increasing age of the person. The status has different types of values for different persons. Few people think that they can achieve targets in life with the help of following: Social relations Money Mental manipulation Forcefully

Social relations develop business relations which create network of people. This network nurtures the professional environment where the professionals work in business organizations. These relations are very important for the professional status as the professionals get the work from the network of professionals. In some cases money is important as professionals get the tools and equipments with money. Mental games in negotiations help to get the work from others in organized and simplified way which reduces pressures on the professional. In some professions there some conditions like technical support which requires urgent attention and forceful actions like working in late nights may be useful to develop the professional image. Later this image helps to nurture the professional life of the person. The person has to take great care to avoid problems in the social status, financial status, and mental negotiation tactics to survive in the professional world. For example social image and quality of work cannot be compromised in the profession. There can be some compromise on the time like the professional can work for 810 months in year to reduce the work pressure. This is totally dependent on the priorities of the working professional. The age of a person is a critical factor to decide the valuation of achievements. If a person wants to achieve a target then the age should also be considered for the valuation. The physical effectiveness of the person reduces with increasing age. The physical efficiency is generally good up to 30 yrs age. Consider the example of a person who wants to be selected in the armed forces which has the cutoff the age of 24 yrs. He has to physically develop before the 24 yrs age and perform otherwise there is no value of the achievement. Many people have the responsibilities to have a family after the age of 25 - 30 yrs which increases their effort to live. The person has to setup the targets with the self capabilities to achieve something in the life which as value. Social life of a person has many dependencies on other people in the society. Social relations valuation is dependent on the professional status, money, and relations with clergy. The relations require constant efforts as soft skills and communication ethics for communication with others in the society. The social relations can be related to friends, family, and business

associates. Social relations development requires attending parties, marriages, and other social functions. The person has to make balance between the social life, professional life and fitness status. More exercise reduces the good feeling of the person which does not allow maintain social relations. For example a person with good physique may devote more time to maintain the physique and less time to maintain social as this is the strong point for him. Mostly women are good at developing social relations as their body structure is best suitable for it. Fitness status is complex topic as the fitness state of a person reduces with the increasing age normally after the age of 40 yrs. A person has to first develop the body and later maintain it through out the life. It requires regular medical checkups, exercise, diet and rest to maintain a good fitness status. The status valuation is majorly dependent on the preference of the person. For example for a professional athlete fitness state have great valuation while for an office worker the preferences are different and the fitness valuation is less. If try to study the correlation between the valuations of the parameters of person, the following table may help to understand the details for an elite athlete. Sr.no. Professional status valuation 1 0-20 9 9 2 20-28 9 9 3 28-35 9 9 4 35 45 8 7 5 45-50 8 4 6 50- 60 86 4 7 60-80 4 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Daily human effort

A person daily has many daily activities like office, work, family relations, friendly relations, and chores. This requires effort on daily basis. The productive effort on daily basis is relative for any person. Some people may not be able to be productive on daily basis effort as they are not fit which does not have valuation in terms of money in the practical world. How much effort a person must take to get the work done is different for every person. Some people may be efficient and some are not efficient to work. The amount, quality, and time required to do the work is different for every person and it does not have any relative parameters. There are many factors which decide whether the effort has any value for the work done. Consider a person wants to become a doctor in a medical college. The effort can be divided into the following factors: Study the syllabus book Develop and maintain good physique Develop social relations

The syllabus books are crucial for any doctor as he has to study the books in the college and gain the theoretical part of the information. Most of the effort should be put to study the books so that the student is able to grasp as much information as possible in the college. This is base of the profession where the college students study the basics of information. This has practical valuation as being the professional the doctor may not get sufficient time to study the books again. The student has to plan the effort so that about 30% of time is spent on daily basis to study the books. Physical development is also important for any doctor as the doctor is able to perform in the college life and in the profession using the physical abilities. Without proper physical development the doctor may not have impressive personality and he may not be able to succeed in the profession. This has the highest value in the resources as people often loose hope when they are not fit. This resource requires extensive effort on daily basis about 15% of the daily time is required to maintain the body using the exercise, diet, rest, and medical consultation. Social relations are important for any doctor as he/she has to interface with the clients and maintain social relations with them on daily basis. The doctors have to withstand negative emotions of the patients at the medical facility which is difficult. This requires extensive effort on daily basis in the profession. The work timing of the doctors are mostly on 24x7 basis and they have to give services to the clients with satisfactory results which is difficult. Social relations and fitness are inversely proportional. If one increases other decreases. If the person exercises more then he will not be able to feel good and maintain relations with others as he will feel restless. More social relations require people to feel good with others which are not possible for any person who puts more stress on relations. If we try to study the comparative daily effort of a house wife, doctor, and engineer of 40 yrs age the resource matrix can be following: If we create a table where the relative parameters of doctor can be represented as follows:

Sr.No. Age yrs

Financial Professional status status 1 40 8 8 7 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10.

Social Status

Mental status 7

Fitness status 5

The above resource valuation table shows that the doctor is well established in the profession with good social relations and financial condition. The age is more so the doctor has loss on the fitness level. The above valuation is good for a professional as he achieved the status which is good for his age group. If we create a table where the relative parameters of engineer can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 40 8 8 9 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 5 Fitness status 7

The above valuation is good for a woman as he achieved the status which is good for his age group. The comparative study shows that men are owner of good physical statuses than woman of the same age group. Also men are more active in the profession as compared to woman as many women choose to be house wife in the life. It is okay as the effort to be house wife is too much and effort cannot be applied to other activities like profession.

Age dependent factors

The age is a prime factor for a person to valuate the resources. The people may not be to perform when the age increases beyond 40 yrs in many cases as the physical capacity of the body reduces. The age directly derives he capacity of a person, the following table gives rough idea of the capacity of person with increasing age for a general person: Sr.no. 1 2 3 4 5 6 Age group yrs 1-15 15-20 20-25 25-30 30-40 40-100 Capacity percentage( 100 is the maximum) 20 60 100 80 70 50

Consider the case of a 30 yrs old person who becomes supervisor in a construction company. We can study the age dependent parameters of the person with the following factors: Professional status Fitness status Social status Financial status

The person is able to perform in the job when his age was below 25 yrs with great energy and spirit as he was physically fit. The professional status at about 30 yrs age is good with more experience and better work accuracy. Thus his professional status increases with increasing age. His career advances with the age as manager, senior manager, and director of a company. The valuation of the age is dependent on the responsibility which increase with age and physical work reduces. The professional status increases the social status and financial status of the person. Fitness reduces with the increasing age of the person as beyond 25 yrs the physical capacity reduces. The supervisor does the work to monitor the work beyond the age of 25 yrs in the workplace. The supervisor has to make decisions about the life in terms of age as the fitness reduces with the increasing age. With reducing fitness working capacity in the profession and social statuses reduces. Social status increases with the increasing age of the person as his contacts increase. The social relations are investment for the person as it creates the social image of the person. The professional and financial statuses increase with increasing age of the person. The financial status normally increases with the increasing age of the person. We will consider the three examples of a working woman, doctor and, engineer (age 26 yrs) for the valuations of resources.

If we create a table where the relative parameters of doctor can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 26 7 7 6 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 7 Fitness status 9

Social Status Mental status 7 Fitness status 8

The above resource valuation table shows that the engineer is growing in the profession with good social relations and financial condition. The age is less so the engineer has good fitness level. The above valuation is good for a professional as he achieved the status which is good for his age group. If we create a table where the relative parameters of working woman can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 26 8 8 7 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 7 Fitness status 6

The professional has to market research with a sample size of at least 1000 people to study the market requirement for the spare parts. This helps to setup the budget for the project. The market research helps to setup the suppliers and targets customers for the parts. This has practical valuation as being the professional he will understand the market requirement. The professional has to plan the effort so that about 40% of time is spent on daily basis to do research. Bulk purchase of the goods from the company for trading purposes in important. In fact a list of the supplier companies will be helpful to fulfill the demands of the customers. Planning to purchase the goods help to arrange the finance for business. Also men are more active in the profession as compared to woman as many women choose to be house wife in the life. It is okay as the effort of a house wife is too much and effort cannot be applied to other activities like profession.

6. Focus the effort

Achievements are different for every individual and the type of effort to be taken to achieve something is different for every individual. Some people have good physical and abilities to cope with the situations and some do not have such capabilities. The achievement has to be well thought before the work starts to achieve them. Best is to write the details of the achievements in a book or computer file and start the work to achieve it. This helps to limit the effort and time consumed to accomplish the achievements. Consider the achievement of a person working as software developer in a company. Here the achievements for a software developer can be to deliver the computer programming tasks to the manager in the schedule which the manager has set. At the same time work as a single man to deliver the output to the company with oral communication as this reduces the time and effort involved in the tasks. Behave well with the team members in the company. The effort involved in the above is too much as the human potential in limited for every person and the expectations from the software developer are too much. The work of a software developer is dependent on the other software developers and quality engineers which increase the dependencies on others which make the work complex. Also this uncertainty and dependencies on others put tension on the developer. This mental stress has effect on the lives of the developer which influences his family and social life. The person may irritate because of the work related tension. Also he may net get sufficient time to interact with the family members because of the work related pressure. The developer has to compromise on quality of work or social relations in the company due to the uncertain work flow. The only way to manage the effort is put restrictions on the time effort for the work. The restrictions related to work can be small targets can be set for a day and later when the work proceeds few days holidays like on Thursday can be taken to get relief from the work related pressure. The work on short notices can be postponed or refused if the work pressure becomes too much. Additional help from other developers can be useful to limit the effort. Excessive stress on the human body can be reduced with regular exercise, meditation and social gatherings. If the developer is too much stressed, small tea breaks or walks can be useful to relive the tension. It is virtually impossible to work continuously for hours and deliver the output to the company as this frustrates the person. This is actually dependent on the capabilities of the person to work under pressure. Few people are able to perform in pressure and few are not able to perform. Now the person has to himself limit the effort from the social, professional, and family statuses in the company. This is also every person specific preferences and targets in life. Few people compromise on the health and work for hours for the company. Other develops good social relations and uses them to survive in the company. Few people know to work hard and they survive with this in the company. In short the business profile of a person can be divided in the social, financial, fitness, and professional parameters. If we treat every person as a player in the corporate world as a worker, then the surviving probability of the player in the corporate game is dependent in the four parameters. Now every person has different profiles for the four parameters. Consider the profile of the software developer, professionally he may be good but due to his bad social relations and communication abilities, he is not able to become a team leader or manager in the

company. If he stresses to become fit and exercises which puts stress on his body and he is not able to effectively communicate with the others due to physical stress. This is an excellent example of the fitness, professional and social parameter combination. The software developer can compromise on the quality of work or fitness or social relations as everything is not humanly possible for specific capabilities of person. Few people can give a better combination of the parameters but in long run the people get frustrated in the company. This is only a matter of few years difference between the cutoff states of the developers with different parameter combinations. Consider a manager in a construction company where he has to mentor the team of supervisors and workers in the team. The manager has to create a plan for the developers in the organization. There are several projects which the manager has to monitor and regulate. The manager is supposed to have experience in the construction work to mentor the team otherwise the workers can take his advantage. Also the manager will not be able to understand the details and problems in the work. He has to become friend of the supervisors and workers to understand their problems and communicate the difficulties with them as a friend. The responsibility of deliverables and cooperation with the employees is crucial; the manager has to aptly take these responsibilities. Thus the expectations from a manager are many which a simple person with limited potential has to manage. The most important parameters of a manager profile are social relations, good work experience, and people management capabilities. Managers can have a better combination of these three parameters to give optimum performances to the companies. Mostly females are better managers in business organizations as they have good social relations with peers. Few men also become good managers by experience and guidance of seniors. The workers in a construction company are unprofessional and the management of these employees requires some strict measures and discipline. The profiles of workers are exhaustive and irritating which make them adamant. The workers frequently change in organization because of work related problems. The manager has to understand all these difficulties to manage the team of workers in the company. The manager has to limit his/her effort in terms of time spent for the company and social relations. Otherwise too much social networking can hamper the work. Mostly the managers are older as compared to the workers and they suffer from some illness. Age has its factors in the person which is obvious. The most dominant parameters for a good manager profile are the social relations with the employees and the management to smoothly work in the company. He also has to motive the employees in the organization to work in teams as a family. This creates the atmosphere of harmony at workplace. The other efforts of the manager are take follow-ups from the clients and management for the issues in the company or his/her team. The manager has to maintain patience and take repeated follow-ups from the senior management. Maintaining patience beyond certain point is almost impossible as there are limits to human patience. Incase of any type of resentments, the manager has to talk to the senior management to find a solution to the problem. This requires good situation management techniques and communication abilities.

All this is possible up to certain limit in the organization and it cannot go beyond other capabilities. The manager has to gauge the problematic situation and communicate with the team members. Any type of uncontrollable situation has to be reported to the seniors or security in the company. All this is frustrating for a person and he cannot manage beyond certain limit. Managers try to approach the ideal situation which is beyond the capabilities of many person and they ruin themselves with the ambition to retain job in the company and get psychological and physical stress which reduces quality of life. One way to manage the effort in the organization is to setup small targets for work. If the company has quarterly targets, work to achieve targets in the organization in few quarters. The best way to reduce the stress is take small breaks of hour in a day or 1-2 months in a year. When the stress is reduces, start the work with fresh mind. Another better way to reduce the stress is practice meditation techniques at the work place. These techniques can have simple mental and physical exercises. In current society the people work in corporation formation in the companies. The work profiles are complex and the employees to work to make the work deliverable based. This puts huge stress on the employees which has negative effective on the mental and physical heath of the employees. People often feel frustrated in the companies due to physical and mental tension. A best way to manage the stress is talk to other about the cause and tries to find a solution. A job change with different profile can result into reduced work related stress. Passionately doing the work can result into reduced stress at the work place. Financial constrains are linked to the work of people, if work or job is lost, people get into trouble which are not manageable. A good solution can be to save good amount of money in banks or do investments to reduce the financial burdens in life. This makes the person independent of the job. Predicting future situations in the life is impossible and stress management is also impossible. The best way to tackle the situations is be physically and mentally fit to face the situation. Daily physical exercises and mental conditioning with good books or mentors can be helpful to achieve a good fitness state. Talks with experienced and elder people can help to reduce future hurdles in the life. For example, if you want to open a business, talk to experts in the similar businesses which will give you able to the feasibility and practicality of the business in the current scenario. They will tell you about the potential troubles in the business setup and the time span required setup the business. At last the work is made for humans and if it goes beyond limits, leave it, take break of 2-3 months. If you are okay start the work again. The society has made work for the people and people are not made for work. People are higher priority in the society.

7. Remedies in case of problems

There are different ways to achieve in the society. The ways may have some problems which are big or small. The problem can be related to money, time, manpower, dependencies on others, and emotions. Only good planning can help to eliminate problems in the professional world. The planning has to be related to the type of the profession and based on the experience of the professionals. The planning is only a projection of the experiences of the profession. The results are also dependent on the many factors like the professionals, dependencies on others, money and time of the project. Consider a case of problem in an electronic product manufacturing company of the faulty packaging of the product. The basic problem for the packaging can be related to the following: Workers unavailability Bad product packing skills of the workers Unavailability of the packing tape and corrugated boxes Faulty storage of the product Faulty material resource planning of the packaging material Unavailability of the funds Unavailability of transportation

Workers are mostly unprofessional and managing them is difficult for managers. The packaging is a simple work which does not require educated persons. Educated workers are simple to manage in the business organization. The workers are able to communicate in the organization in the effective manner which avoids misunderstandings. Temporary workers are mostly on daily wages and they may not be available on daily basis for long periods. Also initial training has to be given to new workers when the work starts in the packaging department. Thus the problem of unavailability of the workers is difficult to manage in the company. A good remedy for the problem is to retain or hire the employees in the packaging department on company roles. Motivated employees work better in the organization and deliver good results. If the product is not packaged properly in the company, its transportation can have problems. The product may be damaged in the transportation. The workers must know the exact process to package the electronic good to avoid any packaging problem. The workers must be given training in the company to package the goods. Also proper coordination in the workers with social relations avoids any problems. Based on the production targets the packaging tape and corrugated boxes must be made available in the company. Also inspection of the tape and boxes help to setup the quality standards. The supply and demand of the packing material in the company is based on the bill of material which the materials manager prepares. Proper coordination between the materials and stores department can help to reduce problems. The storage of the product, packaging material and packaged material in the company decides the time required to package the product. Also if the location of the packaging material and stores is not good the product storage suffers. A good production plan of the good helps to stores it.

The raw material for the product and packaging material requires sourcing from suppliers in the form of material resource plan. Any problem in the material resource plan creates the shortage of material in the company. A good production manager can setup the plan for optimum production of the product. The funds are important for any product in a company. The planning of the funds flow in the company is important for every department. Good production plan avoids funds problems. Financial department plays an important role to avoid fund problems. Transportation of the packaged goods and raw material is important as any delay can create product losses. Good coordination with the logistics company helps to avoid any problems in the transportation. Alternate logic company vendors can be useful in case of problems. The problems may be related to the attitude of the persons. The cause can be religion, caste, or regional issues for the persons. People who belong to certain caste or religion create groups and they have special ways to treat the members in the society. They give special privileges to the members like jobs, bank loans, social statuses, and business deals. Many businesses which run are based on these networks. So everything is done in the form of networks in the society. Another prominent problem is time management in persons or organizations. It is very difficult to manage the time in the organizations as the work is dependent on the members in the team. Personal management of time is also difficult as it is dependent on the availability on others to manage the time. Best is to create a rough idea of time and consider some time gaps to compensate for the time dependencies on others in the corporation. Business planner and outlook planners help to setup the time schedules and inform others in the company about our schedule. Set aside some time in the week about 2-3 hours for miscellaneous activities. Other prominent problem is mental state of the person. It is dependent on age, health state, profession, and social relations. Any disturbance in the parameters influences the mental state of the person. Consider if the person is ill them he/she may not be able to concentrate on any work. Any family problem can be affecting the working efficiency of the person. If the person falls short of funds, the tension to arrange the funds in short time is the problem for the person. This stress disturbs the fitness state of the person. Physical fitness state is also a wide topic. Every person has different meaning of physical fitness, some people do yoga, gym, pay football, cricket, or swimming. The effort required to maintain fit is different for every type of exercise. There are injuries associated with the sports and those cannot be ignored as they take valuable time to recover and some have permanent damages to the human body. Best is to exercise in medical and trainers supervision as this avoids potential problems. Financial problems are complex for any person or organization. The flow of money in the organization requires planning and budgeting for coming quarters. Similarly the financial planning for a person has to be planned in advance and there has to be some allowances for

unavoidable problems. A written record of the money spent in every month helps to track the funds and create plan for coming months. Any type of profession has its own types of problems. The basic problem is involvement and the personal efforts in the profession. The profession requires efforts in the terms of time, money, transportation. Consider the example of retailer profession who sells the ready made garments. Here he has to contact the whole seller garment manufacturers to purchase the ready made garments. He retails the garments to customers in his shop. This requires customer handling skills, negotiating skills, transportation of garments, accounts, and management of the shop. Mostly customers are difficult to manage in the shop, and the effort involved in the profession is very difficult to quantify. One can plan the effort in the profession based on the previous experiences of the experts. A solution to the problems is personal negotiation skills or team negotiations in the organization. If a person thinks about the matters in detail the negotiation becomes focused and gives better results with fewer problems. Consider if a trader sells the electronic calculator to a shop. Here if the features and taxation details are clear in the negotiation there are fewer problems in the deal and post sale support to the chop owner. We can typically classify the problems in the dealings (personal or organizational) as follows: Communication Attitude Expectations Follow-ups Quality of product or service Support

Communication done at the right point in an interaction has the impact as immediate effect. This reduces the confusion between the two persons. Precise communication reduces the problems in future. Precise communication uses verbal and non-verbal communication to transfer the message to the listener. For example if the customer purchases a note book in the stationery shop. The customer tells the shop keeper that he wants a notebook, with the brand name as Tiggho. The shop keeper listens to the customer and gives the book to him for Rs. 40. The shop keeper gets the money from the customer and the deal is complete. This is perfect example of efficient communication for a business transaction. Consider another case where the teacher is teaching Electronics subject to engineering students. The teacher uses the backboard and oral communication to explain the PN junction diode topic to the students. The students are effectively able to understand the topic in the class. If they have any questions, the teacher answers the questions in the class room or gets back later with the information. The attitude of the person also has the effect on the solution to the problems. If the communicators are shouting at each other they will not be able to effectively communicate and the result is there is not solution to the problem. Best is to arrange the meetings in a suitable environment so that the both the parties are calm. They do not show any type of resentments in the communication. Best example is the team negotiations in the corporate

sector companies where multiple negotiators do the communication for the matter. Here the settings are such that both the communicators are calm and quiet. The expectations of both the parties in the communication also play important role in the real life situations. Suppose if there is a communication instance regarding the performance discussion of an employee in company. Here if the expectations of the employees are about INR 300000 raise in the discussion but the company representative offers only Rs. 30000 as the increment in the salary. The employee is not satisfied with the company. Thus the employee will always say that the company is unfair and tell the same to others. The expectations play and important role in any type of situation in conversations. We can also consider the example of conversation between the two friends, where one is trying to convince other to go for a holiday trip in XYZ place. The other friend is not feeling well and therefore he is not willing to attend for the holiday trip. Thus the expectations of a friend cannot be fulfilled as other friend is not able to attend the trip. Thus expectations are basic reason of the problems in the personal and professional life. The people are busy in their life in current scenarios and they are not able to take services or products in current tight daily schedules. If a person wants to purchase a television from an electronic store near his location. He has to take follow ups from the store owner to get the delivery of the television at home. These follow-ups can be extensive in number and this may annoy to the buyer. Also follow-ups in family life and professional lives are the basic reasons of the problems. More than three follow-ups are difficult to manage for a person and the professional can feel frustrated. A solutions to the problem is selection of the person who are self starters and responsible in the interaction. Quality of products and services given to the persons or organizations are important for any type of business dealings. The business dealing involves agreements in for the services or the products. If the buyer is not satisfied with the service or product, he/she can take actions against the seller. There are quality standards which define the quality which can be followed to avoid any problem due to quality. Also the services like cooking, home cleaning, and social gatherings involve the personal interactions. Any resentment in these interactions can result to quality problems. Planned interactions avoid such problems. The emotional, medical, moral, and technical support in the interactions can avoid any problems in the real life. In absence of the support they people feel frustrated and they may not be able to interact in decent manner. Better planning can avoid such support related problems. Thus the above remedies may help to reduce personal and professional problems.

8. Practical life example

Practically the life has many complications and a person has to face real situations. We will take the example of person (Gaurav) who develops the careers in computer software domain. Garuav is a mechanical engineering graduate. From the college days he was good in studies and sports activities. If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 18 4 7 4 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. The above table shows the parameters while Gaurav was studying. He joined a compressor manufacturing company as a trainee engineer where he learnt the basics of compressor manufacturing. If we try to create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 22 4 7 4 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 4 Fitness status 9 Social Status Mental status 4 Fitness status 9

The above table shows the matrix for Gaurav where he learnt realities of professional life. The work is done on deliverable basis in the engineering organizations. People work in teams to accomplish jobs. His social life was almost nil as he had to work with less salary in the company. He learnt to survive in the engineering company. Next he advanced in the career as an engineer in next 2 years where he suffered from a major health problem as he had to work onsite. He suffered from chronic irritable bowel syndrome. If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No Financial Professional status status 1 25 2 4 5 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Age yrs Social Status Mental status 6 Fitness status 3

The above table shows the tough times in the career. He had to work with the workers who are very difficult to manage in the company. His salary was less which was almost sufficient to manage his expenses for normal life. He suffered from diseases which showed him the importance of fitness. He hardly played any type of sports in the tenure in the company. He advanced in the career as engineer responsibilities to create the schedule for workers. This was crucial phase in his life as he was terminated from the job because of schedule problem related loss in the company.

If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 29 6 7 7 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 7 Fitness status 5

This was the best time for Gaurav as he experienced good health, financial status, and professional growth. As Gaurav advanced in career as a senior member of the engineering team, he trained few juniors. He got married which increased his effort to live. He had to spent more time on social activities as a result he became fat. Gaurav must have taken more efforts to be fit rather than being social to enjoy good life. If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 32 8 8 7 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 7 Fitness status 4

Gaurav had to work in the team as a mentor or manager for the coming years for coming 20 years. If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 52 9 9 7 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 8 Fitness status 4

He has spent too much time in his early career for achievements which took more effort and he had to suffer from health problems. This is result the Gaurav had to stay as unfit person for these years in his career. Gaurav became a director of a compressor company for 8 years and he had to live as a person who is dependent totally on the family for the daily activities. If Gaurav had taken some time maintain good fitness level then he must not have suffered from diseases. If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Financial Professional status status 1 60 9 5 6 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Social Status Mental status 8 Fitness status 2

The above example shows the life of an engineering professional where he had to work in different job profiles. Gaurav may have planned the life in advance to avoid problems in the coming years as this life is a business. People have to give something to get something in the society. The costliest thing is fitness state rest all can be purchased at managed in the

human life. If we can alter the parameters in the matrix of resources then our lives can be much better. Some genetic parameters also influence the working capabilities of the persons in the practical life. Some people can become fit by exercises so they enjoy the life in better way then others. Some people can become good communicators so they enjoy life with social relations. As a whole the person should identify the strong points in his/her personality and accordingly work to live life with less stress. Stress is generated when people are not able to meet their expectations in life. Only planning with practical resources to achieve expectations can give better live styles to people.

9. Life as matrix of parameters

The life of a person is a state based system of many situations which are dependent on the following parameters. Genetics which limit the physical abilities of the person Social life which decides the thought process of the person

The genetics limit the physical abilities and injuries of the person. It also limits the recovery characteristics of the person. So people can be good in athletics and some in weight lifting sports. This is integral part of personality of a person which decides the physical appearance of the person. The physical appearance and appearance decides the social image of the person. Thus both the parameters are interrelated. We will take the example of person (Abhay) who develops the careers in electrical testing domain. Garuav is an electrical engineering graduate. From the college days he was good in sports activities. The fitness status can divided into exercise and drug usage. Any type of health problems can be cured with exercise and medical care. A good combination of the drugs and exercise can help to maintain better health state of the person. If we create a table where the relative parameters of Gaurav can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Social Financial Professional Status status status 1 18 4 3 8 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Mental status 8 Fitness status drugs/exercise 4/9

The above table shows the parameters while Abhay was studying. He joined a paint manufacturing company as a support engineer where he learnt the basics of paint manufacturing. If we try to create a table where the relative parameters of Abhay can be represented as follows: Sr.No. Age yrs Social Financial Professional Status status status 1 22 4 7 4 Note: The status value is on the increasing scale of 1-10. Mental status 4 Fitness status drugs/exercise 1/6

The above table shows the matrix for Abhay where he learnt paint manufacturing. Thus the matrix can be useful to show different states of the life of a person.
