A lot of readers say that our articles are repetitive as there are 50-70 asanas and only some kriyas.But we must take into account the following points. Our bodily anatomy is very complex. Every disease has many sides.and new diseases are emerging. On postures with different implications research is in process for all the outcomes,timings and procedures. Medical science has not been able to conclude all the aspects of all diseases until now. Further the process to pray is yoga. We create 40 complicated thoughts a minute and they contribute to our health condition. Our education system,life style,the food we choose prevailing are improper for good health. The vastness of this art demoed by Pt Ram Sharma Acharya in his 120 books that may take one to complete on 2-3 yrs of time. Claim-application and conclusion on first hand basis is in process on practical way. We yoga doers also get diseases like Skin,Diabetics,onesided,eye ,knee,weakness,acidity--- the articles are trying to find why. And an all sided information makes many articles on the same topic. Harmful thoughts When I do good friendship I consume good relation.A good book read ,I consume good knowledge.So also when I create a harmful thought I consume that and the outcome is bad obiviously.So we must stay away from harmful thoughts because we harm ourselves. Say a car gave you a lift in a moor.Then instantneously as per rule of nature I became his follower.But my mind finds mistakes in him also instead of being grateful as I consider he had not done any favour to me.Conclusively my above act is that I am finding fault in myself.This way I become envoious to all my protagonists and lose all the battle.

Gross total time becomes almost 60 minutes Previously also I wrote on eye exercises.But as we get still new eye problems a second thought to our conception of the activity, the manner that I perform and time are important as above observed more intuitively.
