MISSION & MEMBERSHIP Our vision is for healthy communities of color and the elimination of health disparities. The mission of the Health Coalition for Communities of Color is to close the health disparity gap that exists for ethnic minorities in the United States. We seek to accomplish this by informing, educating and empowering members of those communities to become active participants in their health care, and to live healthy life styles. We advocate for equal access and the delivery of quality healthcare to all communities. The membership shall consist of those persons and organizations that endorse the mission of the Coalition, and are devoted to actively improving the health of ethnic minorities. BYLAWS Article I. Name The name or this organization is “Health Coalition for Communities of Color” hereinafter referred to as “HC3” or “The Coalition” Article II. Mission Statement The mission of the Health Coalition for Communities of Color is to close the health disparity gap that exists for ethnic minorities in the United States. We seek to accomplish this by informing, educating and empowering communities of color to become active participants in their health care, and to live healthy life styles. We advocate for equal access and the delivery of quality healthcare to all communities. Article III. Offices The Principal Office: The principal office for the transaction of business of the HC3 shall be located in Tacoma, Washington. Article IV. Membership The membership shall consist of those persons and organizations that endorse that mission of The Coalition and devoted to actively improving the health of ethnic minorities.

Article V. Officers The officers of The Coalition shall consist of a Director, Co-director, Secretary and Treasurer. Such officers will sever without monetary compensation from the Coalition. CURRENT MEMBERS
