with the intelligence of the integrative systems in biology, we can conclude that the photons are the origin, and the form assumed by the information, in these systems. Gurwitsch’s theory of the unified field and the concept of ultra-weak photon emissions in living organisms, demonstrates a relationship between biological systems and their metabolic functions and photon emissions. One can perceive a possible integrated function of these emissions. The biophotons could act like the component which contains the information to the dynamics of the organism and to the synchronization of its processes. This system would be directly responsible for the maintenance of a physiological equilibrium through information. Its function is as much to establish the dynamics of the cellular processes as it is to integrate them. The studies made by Fritz Albert Popp about the emission of biophotons by DNA also talk about the advantage of a direct relationship between these quantum structures and biological and intelligent memory. The studies which produced an increase in the size of vegetable and animal organisms, by means of alteration of the frequencies inside the cells, are very interesting because we know that such frequencies are related to photon emissions. We can hope that the alterations of the frequency on various levels of the organism produces alterations in the cells and that they can propagate themselves through the integrative systems of the organism, producing alterations in the system. Through the process of logical reasoning, that there is a command of the vital functions of the CNS, we can conclude that the main point of photon emission are found there. The limbic system, as we know, is a vast system and decisive as much in the behavior, cognitive and perceptive aspects as in direct links with hormonal functions and the integrated mechanisms of the brain. The question of brain frequencies is a highly interesting subject for psychiatry and the medical profession in general. Although we know that the organism as a whole can be affected by alterations in intracellular frequencies of the more diverse systems, there are reasons why we especially worry about those emitted at brain level. Such frequencies are intimately associated to subjective factors. Aspects linked to the subjective interpretation of the stimuli seem to be essential to the determining of the rythms of the production of frequencies and the emissions of biophotons in the CNS, and especially in the limbic system, from there influences are generated to the rest of the organism. The sensation or sensory capacity is the starting point of the concept of consciousness, one can’t exist without the other. It are those complex sensations, which man became capable of, that differentiates our nervous system. The sensations of human consciousness are richer, subjective and subject to the production of unstable or anomalous frequencies which participate in psychopathology as well as in the alteration of the process of perception. Studies exist about the question of variations in frequency related to alterations in perception. Anomalous frequencies can produce states of anomalous consciousness. Not necessarily pathological, but anomalous in the sense that they can be distinguished from the average normal perception by the individual. Alterations in
frequency at a cellular level in areas of the limbic system seem to be involved as much in pathological processes of perception as in expansions of consciousness, which cannot be considered disfunctions. Being a central regulatory mechanism, the limbic system should be capable of generating frequencies of biophoton emissions at levels above the average for other areas. In this way it can influence other points of biophoton emission and establish its command. This capacity of the emitting of high biophotonic potential seems to be developed to a greater extent in individuals considered to be paranormal. On the other hand, reduced levels of the production of radiant energy can be associated with states in deficit, such as depression and anxiety attacks, in which the production of neurotransmitters is reduced. Others psychopathology follow cyclic alterations in the production of these chemical components, and can be related to an inability to maintain the standards of frequency at stable and satisfactory levels for the correct production of neural chemicals. It is inevitable that we relate frequencies to biophotons and these, in turn, to the production of chemical elements. Once the biophoton emissions essencially come from the DNA, which is memory as well as the command of cellular functions, alterations in these emissions represent alterations in the commands for the production of neurotransmitters. In this way, we have a coherent link between DNA, intracellular frequencies and states of perception, as well as body or psychic pathologies. Note that this connection is extremely interesting as it finds a place and expression for the emotional and sensory aspects of the individual’s experiences as the action which generates the frequency, respects the genetic character of the DNA and its correlation with illnesses considered hereditary. In schitzophrenia for example, where affection is notably blunt, we can see a correlation between the reduction in the subjective capacity and probables alterations in biophoton emissions with consequent chemical alterations mediated by the DNA . The information of genetic inheritance, reproducing a cycle of cause and effect which should be broken at some point. Psychic energy can be a special kind of energy which has the possibility to modulate other forms of energy. And this becomes clearly evident when we analyse the dynamics of the production of biophotons by DNA and its informative and integrating ability of the general functions of the organism and of consciousness. This case explains the radiant energy produced by biological organisms as a means of self-regulation and command of this energy over those which appear in other forms. When we have alterations in the pulses of frequencies at the central level, the conscience suffers oscillations in its total energetic potential which translate themselves into oscillations in the production of chemical elements and of perception. This is perceivable in the altered emotional states, in the consumption of psycho-active substances and in hereditary illnesses treated by psychiatry. There is also an important relevance of this question in the study of psychiatric and somatic phenomena, once the frequency is related to perception and also to body processes.
