Cape Fear Allied Health Regional Skills Partnership Training Capacity Team Charter Task: Determine and prioritize overall training needs & match needs with capacity  (including funding)

Perform an Allied Health workforce needs assessment (including barriers) Identify what programs are already in place Perform a gap analysis & assess past efforts Establish priorities Develop strategies to close the priority gaps Develop implementation plans
