TAIS CUBE is made of thermosetting which is GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester)
GRP vs. thermoplastic
GRP
GRP is a thermosetting material, which as raw material has a soft consistency After formed, inside the mould, under the effect of heat and pressure, it hardens.
Thermoplastic
Thermoplastic materials melt under the presence of heat. In this phase, they can be moulded or formed in finished products, and after the cooling they harden.
If this material is warmed after the hardening, it will not melt, but it tends to carbonize at Theoretically, this process can be repeated many times, so if we warm the very high temperatures. material, it will melt again

IK protection against impacts
Code IK00 means that protection against impacts is not taken into consideration, not even at minimum levels.
From IK01 to IK06 resistance against impacts can be defined as weak, namely applicable to material intended to be installed in normal environments.
The characteristics of resistance to impacts suitable for environments that can be defined as special under the aspect of danger of impact start from IK06 (impact energy of 1J) and end with IK10 (impact energy 20J).
The Standard does not contemplate IK coding above these limits
