Each KIT supplied includes different sub-kits identified as:

1. One PRODELIN KIT HDW CPR SP (0200-772) is included in 0800-179 (c) 2. One PRODELIN KIT HDW C-BND WR137 OMT/ODU (0200-399) that is included in 0200-400 (d)

Annex A in this document has the actual picture for each component described in this section. Assembly 1. LNB The next pictured describe the different steps that need to be followed in order to attach the BUC & LNB to the Feed Assembly (0800-179). The first step is to remove the LNB from the package and proceed to attach the WR259 half gasket. The grease contained in a red caplet included in 0200-772 has to be used in order to stick the WR259 gasket in the LNB flange as shown in figure 1. IMPORTANT: This activity must be performed in a dry environment.

Figure 1, How to spread the supplied grease in the socket and the gasket in its place.

Once the gasket is in place the LNB has to be attached to the RX Port of the Feed Assembly. In order to attach this component the 0200-772 Kit supplied with the Feed Assembly (shown below) has to be used. Two 7/16 wrench tools have to be used in order to tight the bolts.

Figure 3, this picture shows the BUC and the parts included in 0200-400 that are used in this section.

The first step is to attach the BUC to the TX Port in the FEED using the two smaller bolts shown inside the green square in the picture above. The two screws will be inserted on the RX Port side of the WR137 Flange as showed in figure 4. One 3/8 wrench has to be used for this step.

Figure 4, the pictures show the WR137 Gasket installed and the BUC attached to the TX Port using the smaller screws.

In order to attach the Feed to the Feed Support additional hardware has to be added to the system. The components included in the 0200-400 KIT are going to be used in order to complete this step. Also a 1/2 wrench needs to be used in this part of the process. The parts shown in the picture below (left) are used in order to allow the back portion of the FEED (TX Flange) to be attached to the mount and still be able to rotate for Polarization adjustment purposes.

Figure 7, the parts included in the KIT and the L type support mounted.

Once the piece has been mounted the system is ready to be installed in the antenna. The support showed in the left picture below needs to be installed in the Feed Support as indicated in the right picture below.

Figure 8, the mount KIT and how it is installed in the Feed Support.

Once the mount is installed the Feed can placed on its position.
