Fruit and Nut Crumble


Ingredients:
Pecans 1 cup Fruit of choice (apples, pears, plums, etc.) Grass Fed Butter Butter 2 tbs Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutme !ea"# cream (for $hipped cream) 2 tbs

Directions: %oast pecans in the o"en on a bakin sheet lined $ith parchment paper. %oast the nuts at &'( de ree o"en for )*+ minutes. ,fter toastin , allo$ the pecans to cool. Grind (food processor or knife) &-. cup of toasted nuts to appro/imatel# the si0e of a small peanut. Set aside. Slice #our fruit(s) of choice, and saut1 it in butter until the fruit is soft and $armed. ,dd cinnamon and nutme (and additional spices if desired), and saut1 for another minute. 2elt t$o %BS of butter and mi/ $ith the toasted nuts. Put the saut1ed fruit into a bo$l, top $ith the nut crumbles and top $ith a dollop of $hipped cream.

Fresh Fruit and Whip Bowl


Ingredients:

Fruit of choice (stra$berries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) !ea"# cream 2 tbs Sli"ered almonds 3 cup 4ark chocolate pieces (567 dark or hi her) 2*& pieces chopped

Directions: Slice the fruit and put in a bo$l. 8hip the hea"# cream $ith a mi/er until it is 9u:# $hipped cream. Put a dollop of $hipped cream in the fruit bo$l and top $ith sli"ered almonds and dark chocolate pieces

Honey Nut Berries

Berries of choice (stra$berries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.) !one# 1*2 tbs ,lmond Butter 2 tbs

Place berries in a bo$l and dri00le 1*2 %BS of hone# and 2 %BS of almond butter o"er the berries. =n>o#?

Chocolate Berries
Ingredients:

4ark chocolate (567 dark or hi her) 2*& pieces

Berries (stra$berries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

Directions: 2elt dark chocolate in a small saucepan. 4ip berries in the chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool.

Coconut Macadamia Bark


Ingredients:
=1 cup melted coconut oil =1-& cup toasted coconut 9akes =&-. cup chopped macadamia nuts =Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions: Stir all in redients to ether. Place parchment paper on a bakin sheet. Pour the mi/ture onto the bakin sheet. Free0e for at least .( minutes. 8hen fro0en, break apart into pieces of bark. Store the bark in the free0er to maintain the ri ht consistenc#.

Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients:
=. dates, (remo"e the pits and rind in food processor) =1 1-2 cup $alnuts =1-2 cup pecans =1 teaspoon bakin soda =1-5 teaspoon salt =2 tablespoons coconut oil =1 e =1 teaspoon "anilla =1-. 1-2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions: Preheat o"en to &(6 de rees Fahrenheit. Put the pits in a food processor and rind into a paste. 2i/ in the $alnuts and pecans into the food processor and blend until "er# @nel# chopped (appro/imatel# &6 seconds). ,dd bakin soda and salt to the mi/ and blend. 4ri00le $arm coconut oil into the food processor $ith the other in redients. Aeep the food processor runnin , and add the e and "anilla. 2i/ onl# until all in redients are blended. Fold in chocolate chips b# hand. 4rop spoonful si0e drops of the dou h onto a bakin sheet. Bake for appro/imatel# 1& minutes, or until nicel# bro$ned.

Dark Chocolate Macadamia Bark prinkled with ea alt


Ingredients:
=12 ounces dark chocolate (5( +67 cacao), chopped into small pieces =1-2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped =1-2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions: 2elt B of the chocolate on the sto"e, stirrin constantl# (#ou ma# also use the micro$a"e, and stir e"er# &6 seconds until melted). Stir in the rest of the chocolate to the melted chocolate and stir until it is completel# melted. Stir the nuts into the chocolate Cine a bakin sheet or dish parchment paper. Spread the chocolate e"enl# in the dish. Sprinkle $ith sea salt. Defri erate for at least 16 minutes, until the bark is hard. 8hen hardened, cut the bark into pieces.
