Update on Neighborhood watch training. He has contacted block captains who have not been trained and asked them to sign up for the March 8, 2014, training with SPD. Clubhouse Update and Fence Project update (Atlas Security)-Terry Ebbrecht (reported via email). a. One clubhouse rental last month. One scheduled for March. b. Fence project - met with Atlas & acquired contact info for Anchor Fence. Will continue to follow up to coordinate set up of security with getting fence wired. Pool Update-Rick Petitt - Met with contractor regarding wall around deck, bricks inside oor in clubhouse that are cracked, and raise/repair brick columns. Estimate appears below.
