& Tennis Courts), Edd Linegar (Neighborhood Watch), Lorna Hammock, Vice President. The following were absent: Charles Hyde (Architectural) Terry Ebrecht (Clubhouse), Jennifer Choi (Treasurer). Old Business a. Secretary-minutes of the January 2014 Meeting i. Discussion/need of motion to approve. Motion made, second, minutes approved. Treasurer Report-Jennifer Choi (emailed to board prior to meeting) a. See attachments. b. Discussion of households to submit to HOA legal counsel for pursuit of arrearages. i. 3644 S Breech ii. 2333 W Dearborn St. iii. 2339 W Dearborn St. Neighborhood Watch update-Edd Liniger. a. Update on Neighborhood watch training. He has contacted block captains who have not been trained and asked them to sign up for the March 8, 2014, training with SPD. Clubhouse Update and Fence Project update (Atlas Security)-Terry Ebbrecht (reported via email). a. One clubhouse rental last month. One scheduled for March. b. Fence project - met with Atlas & acquired contact info for Anchor Fence. Will continue to follow up to coordinate set up of security with getting fence wired. Pool Update-Rick Petitt - Met with contractor regarding wall around deck, bricks inside oor in clubhouse that are cracked, and raise/repair brick columns. Estimate appears below. Motion to approve tabled until proof of insurance received by contractor.
