The term is very difficult to comprehend and differs from people to people as life means .& )appiness' long' satisfaction' healthy through approved means& !& 0nowing god and 1oga and the rule of spiritual nature $& 2elfare of the people associated 2e so everything but never contemplate the real purpose&2e do that unplanned& Never 3od and yoga are different&3od has created the life and yoga takes care of that& 4n my opinion one should provide ! hrs for this art a day and . hr out of that into meditation of intuitive contemplation that what he does& By simply making physical we are limiting the scope of yoga and reading of different yoga books is very essential& 4n contrast our pranic energy is intensively meager in comparison to the universal knowledge and energy&So our conclusion is mostly incorrect and inconclusive& Our mind never follow rules of god with a welfare intention&2e want to do what we like&But through yoga we acknowledge the rules of god and our actions&

So when we release our emotion we release a caged bird and make our spiritual potential free through yoga& • Not communalism but meditation& • And thereafter to concentrate on that state longer and on regular periods& So also chanting the name+*antra- is a great art that facilitates our energy of god to consolidate& Nikam 3uruji said only a good physi7ue can help you to concentrate on god and asanas fulfill our purpose& ,oncentration and regular practice deposits our surplus 1oga money to give a good return over a period of time&
