Admin Posts and Fan Growth - This graph shows the relationship between the number of admin posts and fan growth during a selected time range. The solid line represents fan growth and the bubbles on the line represent admin posts. Admin Posts by Day - This graph shows the number of posts made by the pages administrato rs by day during a selected time range. Average Page Responses per Day - The average number of responses the monitored page makes to user posts (or questions) per day during a selected time range. Average Post Engagement Rate - Calculated on a daily basis as the sum of all Engagement Rates of posts that were made on a particular day divided by their count. For example, if there is one post on Monday with an Engagement Rate of .5% and two posts on Tuesday with Engagement Rates of .3% and .1%, then the Average Post Engagement Rate for Monday would be .5% (.5% / 1), while the Average Post Engagement Rate for Tuesday would be .2%.((.1%+.3%) / 2). Average Post Engagement Rate by Day of the Week - This graph shows what the Average Post Engagement Rate was for each day of the week during a selected time period. It is calculated as the sum of Post Engagement Rates for each respective day of the week (Monday through Sunday), divided by the total number of posts on that day of the week during the selected time period. For example, if there are 2 ERs on Monday and they are .6% and .8%, then the Average Engagement Rate for Monday would equal .7%. Average Post Engagement Rate by Hour - This graph shows what the Average Post Engagement Rate was at each hour of the day during a selected time period. It is the average of the hourly Post Engagement Rate during a selected time period. For example, if there were three posts made at 4PM (on different days) during a selected time period, one with an ER of .1%, one with an ER of .3%, and one with an ER of .5%, then the Average Post Engagement Rate at 4PM would equal .3%. Average RT (Response Time) - The average time it took the monitored page to respond to a user post (or question) during a selected time range. Average User Posts per Day - The average number of posts (or questions) users posted on the monitored pages wall per day during a selected time range. Avg Daily Share Rate - Shows the average of all daily values of the Share Rate for the selected time range. The Share Rate is calculated as the value of total shares on a given day divided by number of fans on that day. For example, if there were 10 total Shares on the first day of the selected time range and 100 total fans, then the Share Rate would equal 0.1%. See below for more examples: Avg Fan Growth - Average Fan Growth per page. This number is the sum of all fan increases and decreases of each Page divided by the number of selected Pages. Avg change per day - This shows the average change in Fan growth during a selected time range. Avg Interactions per day - Shows the average Interactions per day during a selected time range.

Avg Number of Admin Posts - The average number of Admin Posts per Page. This is the sum of all Admin Posts of each Page divided by the number of Pages during a selected time range. Avg Number of Fans - Average number of Fans per page. This number is the sum of all Fans of each Page divided by the number of Pages. Avg Number of Interactions - The Average number of Interactions per Page. This number is the sum of all interactions of each Page divided by the total number of selected Pages. Avg Number of People Talking About - The Average number of People Talking About per Page. This number is the sum of all People Talking About Values divided by the number of selected Pages. Avg Number of User Posts - The average number of User Posts per Page. This number is the sum of all User Posts of each Page divided by the total number of selected Pages. Avg Page Score - Average number og Page Score a page" (info: it's a sum of all Page Scores for displayed pages divided by the number of these pages) Avg Posts per day (Admin Posts by Day) - Shows the average number of posts made by a page administrator per day during a selected time range. Avg Posts per day (Posts Made by Fans) - The average number of posts made by fans during a selected time range. Avg Response Rate for Posts - The average Response Rate of Posts per page. It's a sum of all Response Rates (for Posts) for all pages divided by the number of these pages - calculated as the sum of all Posts of all pages divided by number of Responded Posts of all Pages) Avg Response Rate for Questions - The average Response Rate to user questions per Page. It's a sum of all Response Rates (for Questions) for all pages divided by the number of these pages - calculated as the sum of all Questions(Posts) of all pages divided by number of Responded Questions(Post) of all Pages) Avg Response Time - The average time it took the monitored page to respond to a user post (or question) during a selected time range. Avg Response Time for Posts - It's a sum of all Response Times (for Posts) for all pages divided by the number of these pages - calculated as the sum of all times it took to respond a Post of all pages divided by number of Posts of all Pages Avg Response Time for Questions - It's a sum of all Response Times (for Questions) for all pages divided by the number of these pages - calculated as the sum of all times it took to respond a Question(Post) of all pages divided by number of Questions(Post) of all Pages) Avg Shares per day - Shows the average number of Shares per day during a selected time range.

Daily Interactions - This graph shows the total number of Interactions (Likes, Comments and Shares) per day during a selected time range. Daily Page Engagement Rate - Calculated on a daily basis as the sum of all Engagement Rates of posts that were made on a particular day. For example, if there is one post on Monday with an Engagement Rate of .5% and two posts on Tuesday with Engagement Rates of .3% and .5%, then the Daily Page Engagement Rate for Monday = .5% and the Daily Page Engagement Rate for Tuesday = .8%. Facebook Comments - The total number of Facebook Comments during a selected time range. Also shows what percentage this constitutes out of all Interactions. Facebook Likes - The total number of Facebook Likes during a selected time range. Also shows what percentage this constitutes out of all Interactions. Facebook Likes, Comments and Shares by Day - The graph shows the number of Facebook Likes, Comments and Shares during a selected time range. Facebook Shares - The total number of Facebook Shares during a selected time range. Also shows what percentage this constitutes out of all Interactions. Fan Growth by Day of the Week - This graph shows the growth in total Fans for each day of the week during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total Fan growth for Monday would be the sum of Fan growth on each Monday during the four week time range. Fan Growth by Week - This shows the total Fan growth for each week during a selected time range. FB Comments - The number of Comments for each post type and the percentage of Comments out of all Interactions for that post type during a selected time range.

FB Likes - The number of Likes for each post type and the percentage of Likes out of all Interactions for that post type during a selected time range. FB Page - The name of the Facebook Page being analyzed (i.e., Air France.) FB Shares - The number of Shares for each post type and the percentage of Shares out of all Interactions for that post type during a selected time range.

General Response Rate for User Posts - This graph shows the percentage of user posts the monitored page responded to during a selected time range versus the percentage of user posts not responded during the same time range. General Response Rate for User Questions - This graph shows the percentage of user questions the monitored page responded to (user posts containing ?) during a selected time range versus the percentage of user questions that did not receive a response during the same time range. Growth of Total Fans - This graph shows the daily increase or decrease in Fans during a selected time range.

Last Activity (Key Influencers) - The date and time when the user last posted or commented on a monitored page. Least Interactions - This shows the hour with the least amount of Interactions during a selected time range. This section includes how many total Interactions occurred during that hour and what percentage of total fan Interactions occurred during this hour.

Max change of Fans on - This shows the day with the largest change in number of Fans (either increase or decrease) during a selected time range and the numerical value of change on that day. Max Interactions on - This shows the day with the highest amount of Interactions and the amount of interactions on that day. Max People Talking About on - This shows the day with the highest number of People Talking About a page during a selected time range and the numerical value of People Talking About the page on that day. Max Posts on (Posts Made by Fans) - Shows the day with the highest amount of fan postings during a selected time range. Also shows the number of fan postings that occurred on that day.

Max Posts on (Admin Posts by Day) - Shows the day that the page administrator posted most during a selected time range. Also shows the number of page administrator posts that occurred on that day Min change of Fans on - This shows the day with the smallest change in the number Fans (either increase or decrease) during a selected time range and the numerical value of change on that day. Min People Talking About on - This shows the day with the least number of People Talking About a page during a selected time range and the numerical value of People Talking About that page on that day. Mon-Sun - This shows the total numerical increase in Fans on each day of the week during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total Fan growth for Monday would be the sum of Fan growth on each Monday during the four week time range. Most Engaging Post Types - This shows the Engagement Rates of each post type (Status, Link, Photo and Video) during a selected time range. Most Interactions - This shows the hour with the most amount of Interactions during a selected time range. This section includes how many total Interactions occurred during that hour and what percentage of total fan Interactions occurred during this hour. Moving Average of Page Engagement Rate / Moving Avg of Page Engagement Rate - This graph shows the evolution of both the 7 day and the 30 day moving average of the Daily Page Engagement Rate during a selected time range. It is calculated from the average of all daily values of Daily Page Engagement Rates in the last 7 or 30 day period. Days with Daily Page Engagement Rates of 0 are excluded. For example, if in the last 30 days there are 4 days with Daily Page Engagement Rates of .2%, .1%, .5%, and .3%, then the Moving Average of Page Engagement Rate would equal ((.2% +.1% +.5% +.3%) / 4) = .275%. Moving Average of Post Engagement Rate / Moving Avg of Post Engagement Rate - This graph shows the evolution of both the 7 day and the 30 day moving average of the Post Engagement Rate during a selected time range. Calculated as the sum of all Engagement Rates of posts that were made in the last 7 or 30 days divided by total posts made during that selected time period. If there were 3 posts in the last 7 or 30 days .3%, .5%, and .1%, then the Moving Average of Post Engagement Rate would be .3% (.3%+.5%+.1% / 3).

Response Rate vs. Number of Questions - This chart represents the monitored pages performance in responding to user questions. The number of user questions (user posts containing ?) is displayed on the X-axis and the Response Rate for user questions on the Yaxis. Response Time for User Posts - This graph shows a breakdown of the time it took the monitored page to respond to a user post during a selected time range. This graph shows the relative distribution of page responses to user posts according to the time needed for the page to reply. The following time intervals are used: under 10 minutes, 10-30 minutes, 30-90 minutes, 90 minutes-6 hours, 6-12 hours, 12-24 hours, 24-72 hours, or more than 72 hours. Response Time for User Questions - This graph shows a breakdown of the time it took the monitored page to respond to a user question (user post co ntaining ?) during a selected time range. The line represents the cumulative number of all Shares from the beginning of the chosen period. Sum of Admin Posts (Charts Content) - The sum of all Admin Posts of each selected Pages during a selected time range. Sum of Fan Growth (Charts - Fans) - Sum of all Fan increases/decreases during the selected time range. Sum of Fans (Charts - Fans) - The total number of Fans for all displayed Pages. Note - If you do not select a label to filter selected Pages then the Top 10 Pages by Fans is selected automatically. This number is determined from the last day of a selected time range. The Average Moving Average of Post ER (Charts - Engagement) - The Average of all Moving Averages of Post Engagement Rates of a page. This average is the sum of all moving average Post Engagement Rates divided by the number of selected Pages. This data is collected on the last day of a selected time range. Total (Key Influencers) - The sum of the Posts and Comments for each Key Influencer. Total Fans (Graph) - Total number of Pages Fans in a given point of time. Total Fans (Info Table) - The total number of Fans on the last day of a selected time range. Total Interactions - Shows the total Interactions (Likes, Comments and Shares) during a selected time range. Total Interactions by Hour - Shows the total number of Interactions at each hour of the day during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the sum of all 4PM Interactions during the four week time range would equal the total Interactions for 4PM. Average Response Time (General Response Time) - The average amount of time it took for the Profile to respond to a users organic mention during a selected time range. Average Response Time (Response Time for Questions) - The average amount of time that it took for the Profile to respond to a users organic mentions, which were also questions, during a selected time range. Average Tweet Engagement Rate - Calculated on a daily basis as the sum of all Engagement Rates of original admin tweets (ER of admin replies and admin retweets of other accounts is not included) that were made on a particular day divided by their count (again admin replies and retweets are not included). Daily Growth of Total Listed - This graph shows the daily increases and decreases of the total number of public Lists the Profile was a member of during a selected time range. Daily Profile Engagement Rate - Calculated on a daily basis as the average of all Engagement Rates of tweets (ER of admin replies and admin retweets of other accounts is not included) that were made on a particular day. For example, if there is one tweet on Monday with an Engagement Rate of .5% and two tweets on Tuesday with Engagement Rates of .3% and .5%, then the Daily Profile Engagement Rate for Monday = .5% and the Daily Profile Engagement Rate for Tuesday = .8%. Details (Key Influencers) - A list of the last ten mentions made by the user during a selected time range. Distribution of Incoming Interactions - This graph shows the number and type of Incoming Interactions made about the Profile during a selected time range. The interaction can be a reply (a reply to the Profile made by a user), a retweet (retweet of the Profiles tweet made by a user), or a mention (mention of the Profile in a users tweet). Distribution of Outgoing Interactions - This graph shows the number and type of Outgoing Interactions made by the Profile during a selected time range. The interaction can be a reply (a reply to a users tweet made by the Profile), a retweet (retweet of a users tweet made by the Profile), or a mention (mention of a user in the Profiles tweet).

FF Ratio - This is the ratio between the number of Followers versus Following for the Profile on the last day of a selected time range.

General Response Rate - This graph shows the share of responded users organic mentions versus the share of not responded users organic mentions during a selected time range. General Response Time - This graph shows the distribution of Profile responses according to the time it takes for the Profile to respond to a users organic mention during a selected time range. Only mentions that begin with the Profile name are considered organic mentions. For example, @Socialbakers knows how to calculate metrics is an organic mention. However, They know how to calculate metrics @Socialbakers is not an organic mention. Growth of Total Followers - This graph shows the daily increase (or decrease) in Followers during a selected time range. Growth of Total Following - This graph shows the daily increase (or decrease) in the number of users a Profile is following during a selected time range.

Last Mention on (Key Influencers) - The most recent date and time the user last mentioned the Profile during a selected time range. Least Tweets at - This shows the hour the least amount of tweets were made by the Profile during a selected time range and the total number of tweets at that hour.

Mentions by Day of the Week - This graph shows the total number of mentions the Profile received for each day of the week during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total mentions for Monday would be the sum of the mentions received on each Monday during the four week time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total Follower growth for Monday would be the sum of Follower growth on each Monday during the four week time range. Mon-Sun (Following) - This shows the absolute increase in users the Profile is Following on each day of the week during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total Following growth for Monday would equal the sum of the growth of users the Profile is Following on each Monday during the four week time range. Mon-Sun (Mentions) - This shows the total number of mentions the Profile received on each day of the week during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total mentions for Monday would be the sum of each Monday during the four week time range. Mon-Sun (Tweets) - This shows the total number of tweets made by the Profile on each day of the week during a selected time range. For example, if you have selected a four week time range, then the total tweets for Monday would be the sum of the tweets made on each Monday during the four week time range. Most Mentions Responded On - The day the Profile responded to the most organic mentions made by users during a selected time range and the number of responses on that day. Most Questions Responded On - The day the Profile responded to the most questions during a selected time range and the number of responses on that day. Questions are defined as organic mentions that include a question mark.

Most Tweets at - This shows the hour the most tweets were made by the Profile during a selected time range and the total number of tweets at that hour. Moving Average of Profile Engagement Rate - This graph shows the evolution of both the 7 day and the 30 day moving average of the Daily Profile Engagement Rate during a selected time range. It is calculated from the sum of all daily values of Daily Profile Engagement Rates in the last 7 or 30 day period. Days with Daily Profile Engagement Rate of 0 are excluded.
