Viper Error 100001C0 happens when the power is interrupted.

This means that the power going thru the Viper is not true. Places to Check: 1. Auto AC Board / This are the board that distributes the 12 volt power to most of the parts that require this 12 volt. 2. Power Plug: The plug that is in the back of the machine that brings in the 110 power from the shop. 3. Dirty Power: The power going into the Viper is not clean. This means that the voltage is fluctuating and is not keeping the consistent voltage to the machine 4. Main Board: The board is not supplying power to the other components 5. Power Board: The board is not supplying power to the other components This error can be caused by a loose or disconnected wire just about anywhere in the machine. The above five places to check are the most common areas that this will occur. If there still is this error after checking all of these areas, check power with a volt meter.
