(2) Notice from the Publishing Department

To all Pastors, Elders, Publishing and Spirit of Prophecy Co-ordinators Dear brethren, Christian greetings! -1-

Undoubtedly, you must be wondering why the Publishing and Spirit of Prophecy Departments are so low- keyed since the start of 2014. As you are all aware, MM14 is the order of the day, and all churches are involved in this mammoth evangelistic thrust. I wish to use this opportunity to congratulate all of you for the great work that you are doing so far in this Jamaica Union initiative. Currently, the fire of Metro Mission 2014 is burning all over city Kingston so the rallies and other Publishing/Spirit of Prophecy engagements for first quarter are on hold. However, for zone 4 which includes the parish of St. Thomas, your publishing rally and recruitment dates will be announced by next week, bearing in mind youve just successfully completed an evangelistic series in Yallahs. Congratulations! Incidentally, April is designated by the Inter-American Division as publishing month. A new policy has been framed by the division to give each career literature evangelist full time benefits which are on par with other workers of the organization. We thank God for the landslide victory for the publishing work as advanced by the Division! St. Thomas please be on the look-out next week for Publishing and Spirit of Prophecy notices. Yours in the Masters service, Owen Thomas Publishing and Spirit of Prophecy Director
