ENROLMENT 2015

The enrolments for 2015 will open in April this year. Enrolment forms can be collected from the Security Guards at the main entrance from the 07 April 2014. Learner registration for enrolments will take place MRS GRAHAM from the 15 April to the 27 May. Please ensure that the enrolment 17 MARCH forms are properly completed and that you have all the necessary documentation (as stated in newsletter dated 06 March) to complete the MRS SCHEEPERS registration process. Parents with incomplete enrolment forms and 18 MARCH missing documentation will be turned away.

INTER-HOUSE GALA Our inter-house Gala will be held on Thursday, 20 March. No formal teaching will take place on this day. Our Grade R and Grade 1 learners will not be participating in the Gala but will be occupied doing informal activities. The Gala should end at 11:30. Learners will then go back to class and school will close at 12:00. Please ensure that your child is picked up promptly. Learners must wear their school black Phys. Ed shorts and House colour T-shirt or their Phys. Ed golf shirts if they do not have a House

T-shirt. Please ensure that they have a packed lunch, sun-block and a sun hat or cap.
LEARNERS IN THE WAITING AREA Please note that the bathrooms used by learners in the “waiting area” will be closed by 15:30. No Learners should be waiting for transport later than 15:30. Sports practice sessions end by 15:00.

Learners who travel by public transport or walk home must leave the school premises immediately after school or after an extra-mural activity. We will not tolerate learners loitering within the school premises or on the pavements surrounding the school. No learners should be waiting on the pavements for transport. They should be seated in the “waiting area”.
