 Leda team of 10 system analysts and developers for the development of end-to-end functional
requirements of Promotion processes from promotion planning to execution and evaluation; reduced
promotional errors at stores across India by 70%.
 Led a team of 8 business analysts to map the organization’s business processes to existing
applications. Identified functionalities to be delivered by applications for the entire value-chain from
Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance to Quality Control
 Developed the criteria and evaluated 6 vendors (including HCL–Iris, Microsoft Axapta, Microsoft
Navision Infostar) for delivery of end-to-end business functionality to the Reliance Jewelry business.
 Conceptualized and created standardized templates for Reliance Promotions Engine (RPE) to be used
across all Reliance Retail businesses including training the state marketing heads on RPE usage and
