HANTS NORTH BASEBALL ASSOCIATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2014 CAPITAL PLAN
Playground - Hants North Baseball Association Facilities The Hants North Baseball Association is inviting interested playground companies to submit a playground equipment proposal for design, supply and installation of playground equipment and ground surfacing at our facilities located at 55 Findley Road in North Noel Road. This approach, in contrast to the standard procedure, is being undertaken to encourage creative playground design proposal while adhering to the guidelines. Qualified parties with requisite experience in playground equipment are invited to submit a Request for Proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and proposed work plan, by no later than the closing date/time identified below. The area for the playground is 33' x 28' and equipment and ground surfacing must meet provincial guidelines for a Commercial playground. We are looking for an Arched 2 Bay Swingset (total of 4 swings) and playground equipment comparable to the one pictured below, with a couple of slides, ladder and climbing area. Your price must include HST and also include a second price of making the area handicapped accessible. The closing date for submissions is April 21, 2014 @ 5pm.
