LESSON AIM

Students will be able to understand and use every day familiar expressions and very basic phrases
often designed to meet immediate needs.

GUIDING CONTENTS

Ask and give basic personal information on their home, possessions and people they know.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE(S)

By the end of this lesson, the learners will be better able to use the verb to be in order to give their
personal information.

In the previous lesson we worked with the alphabet.


Learners are already able to recognize the letters in the alphabet.

Lets play: We will divide the group into two, each little group

others using personal pronouns and verb to be
conjugations.
Then, with cards, they will create basic sentences.
Example:
I am Mauricio, She is Catalina, They are Catalina and
Consuelo.

people they know, love or admire and will prepare their
presentation.
