Basic Crepes

½ cup milk
¼ cup flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Combine milk, flour, egg, and pinch of salt. Measure one teaspoon of salad oil and add to
bowl. Beat until smooth. Spread a small amount of oil in skillet and heat over medium
heat (to tell if its hot enough sprinkle with a couple of drops of cold water they should
dance and sizzle). Drop about 2tbs of batter and tilt the pan around quickly to spread
evenly. Cook over medium heat for bout 3-4 mins until slightly browned on underside.
Carefully flip and cook on new side for 1-2 mins.
