In the Initial Stage all of us were complete strangers to each other. Group was assigned to there was no group Forming stage but initially everyone had different idea of how begin because everyone was from different culture, different background and different education and work ex level. So in that stage we had initial conflict of idea and after wasting significant amount of time on unanimous decision on how to start, we decided on outline on what to do and based on people’s interest and expertise we divided the work individually. That was part of our Performing stage and everyone delivered their part of project and everyone participated to compile it and completing the project. From then on we continued to work together to project and till now not experienced adjourning stage. Q: Were there any significant instances after which the cohesiveness in the group increased? Yes. Q: Did the group have any structure- leader, roles, norms, status symbols etc? Explain with examples. There is no predefined structure of the group and roles assigned here but yes there are certain norms we follow. These includes that nobody can do finger pointing to anyone and if someone due to some reasons is not available or couldn’t contribute on that part than others will divide his part and carry on working.
