GLOBAL WARMING: THE MELTING OF ICEBERG

Global warming is about a rises temperature of Earth due to greenhouse effect. The gases trap heat like the glass in a greenhouse. This is where the term the greenhouse effect came from . The greenhouse effects happen because of carbon dioxide, water vapour, nitrous oxide, and methane gases that trap heat and light from the sun in the Earth atmosphere which is cause increases the Celsius. However, the causes of greenhouse can give several impacts every each part of the world and for example melting icebergs and glacier. As the ice melts, it will cause some floating icebergs. There also will be created mass and fulfil the ocean. Besides, due to high temperature the icebergs and glaciers to melt and turn into water eventually. It will also cause the water in the oceans to expand and this will then cause result in the rising of the sea level. More over the rising sea levels can also cause many animals lost their habitat and forcing them to leave their own home and for worst, taking animals life also. Polar bears are one of example animals who have fated to find their own natural environment or habitat that they are depend on are slowly disappearing out from under them. The retreat of ice has implications beyond the obvious habitat loss. Remaining ice is farther from shore, making it less accessible. The larger gap of open water between the icebergs and land also contributes to rougher wave conditions and making the polar bears to swim from shore to sea ice more dangerous. The polar bears are actually a marine mammal that spends far more time at sea than it does on land. It is on the Arctic ice that the polar bear makes its living, which is why global warming is such a serious threat to its well-being. The polar bears have been under the Endangered Species Act since 2008. Polar bears will have a harder time finding food as global warming increases and cannot survive in warmer conditions. They can survive in conditions as cold as 50 below zero Fahrenheit. They are used to those conditions because of their two layers of fur. The effects of global warming on polar bears are not only simply warmer temperature but also the food, habitat and migrations. All of these factors particularly provide the most pressure to the polar bear, itself but there also another environmental factor that contribute to decrease of animals such as pollution. As a conclusion, the polar bears future is still very much in jeopardy. The polar bears are in the warning of danger but troubles yet to come situation of the serious threat global warming poses to animal species all around the world, unless the humans take urgent and significant action to reduce global warming pollution.
