TRAVELLING BY ROAD York Racecourse is located within a mile of the A64 - one of Yorks main trunk roads. TRAVELLING BY RAIL York is one of the UKs major railway stations and connects with many routes. Fast and frequent trains run from Kings Cross. There are also direct trains from Edinburgh, Manchester and Birmingham.

A frequent bus service runs every ten minutes to get you to the racecourse, or a ve minute taxi journey will cost less than 10. THE UK WEDDING EVENt EXHIBItOR ItINERARY Everyone who exhibits at the upcoming UK Wedding Event on Sunday 26th October in the Knavesmire Stand at York Racecourse, should take some time to carefully read our terms and conditions. The following itinerary outlines all the key information you require about the show, organised by Phoenix Multimedia. EXHIBItOR INFORMAtION The event takes place on Sunday 26th October, 2014 between 10am and 4pm. Exhibitors may set up from 7am on the day of the event, although we have also allocated all of Saturday 25th October for this purpose between the hours of 10am and 7pm. Please let us know in advance when you are coming. You must ensure you are set up no later than 9:45am on the Sunday morning. Any items which are causing an obstruction after this time will be discarded as they may pose a health and safety risk to guests attending. If you have pre-booked a table, this will be available in your allotted stand. Table cloths will not be provided by the organisers. If you require use of a table on the day and have not pre-booked you can hire one at a cost of 15 including VAT. However, the cut-off date for orders is Saturday 25th October. Chairs will be provided on request. Wi-Fi is available in The Events Hall at a charge of 10 including VAT. This can be obtained either on the day in a one-off cash or card payment or by calling our sales team to pre-book. Lunch can be purchased from the restaurant area. Power is provided on every stand, but you will need to bring your own extension cables. A light is also provided. There will be no negotiation on stand positioning on the day. Your display must fit into your allocated stand area. If your display protrudes past your area we reserve the right to move it back due to health and safety restrictions. Toilets are provided around the hall. Phoenix Multimedia are not liable for any theft, damage or loss of any displayed items at this event, unless it is a result of negligence by one of our staff. The event will conclude at 4pm. Please do not start to close down your stand before this time as it is a breach of health and safety regulations. SHELL SCHEME INFORMAtION The total height of the shell scheme is 2480mm. The total usable height of the shell scheme is 2370mm. The width between each panel is 955mm.
