BENJAMIN DOUGLAS ALLAN, DEI GRATIA, REX NOSTER REGNUM, PROTECTOR DE IMPERIUM, DEFENSORE LEX ET SERVUS POPULI, OMNIBUS FIDELIBUS PATRIAE, IN NOMINE UNIUS VERI DIVINI CREATORIS, AETERNI SALUTEM:

13.0.0.0.0 [2012] WHEREAS The One True Divine Creator and Owner of All, being the Absolute, the Almighty, the Alpha and Omega did by Divine Grace and Divine Providence grant us eternal life as Divine Immortal Spirit, expressed in Trust, to the Divina Iure Domino of our Mind as sovereign over our circumscribed Living Flesh upon the soil of our lands and to enjoy its fruits and right of use in accordance with Divine Will as prescribed by Kaianere:kowa being the Divine and Absolute Kuswentha of the Living Law of the One True Divine Creator and Owner of All; and Whereas we did make, ordain, publish and pronounce a most sacred covenant, true memorial and accurate record, before witnesses, the formal recital of Our Testament and the expression of Our Will, of all associated Persons and did revoke all prior Testaments, Wills and Codicils; and Whereas it is encumbered upon us to demonstrate honesty, fidelity, virtue, justice, humility, charity and compassion in all our actions, to ensure the proper administration of our affairs, the proper government of our entire estate and the dutiful obedience of all who are subject to our laws and our jurisdiction; and Whereas we did vouchsafe and did nominate and elect by unanimous acclamation our valet Benjamin Douglas Allan Doolittle to be our ecclesiastical, legal and lawful government as General Executor; and Whereas Benjamin Douglas Allan Doolittle as iunior did humbly commit himself by Sacred and Solemn Oath to our authority as his Lord and patronus; and Whereas Benjamin Douglas Allan Doolittle has been so duly and properly invested into Sacred Office that no man, person, entity or spiritual force may rightfully challenge, we hereby memorialize such Divine Commission and do ordain, establish, grant and agree to the associated gifts, titles, authorities and powers prescribed by the Form herein: Register No. 1982-0000-0002 / 13.0.0.0.0 Page 1 of 5 Pages http://www.benjamindoolittle.com/great-charter/

CAP. I. Great Seals and Lesser Seals
I. The General Executor and Guardian is hereby handed the Great Seal and Symbols of the Estate as keeper and shall provide for their safe custody and proper use; and II. The General Executor and Guardian is granted permission to forge a lesser seal known as the Privy Seal in recognition of such high office and such other lesser seals as necessary.

CAP. II. Rolls and Records
I. The General Executor and Guardian is hereby handed the Manor Rolls of the Estate as custodian and Custos Rotulorum being “keeper of the rolls” and records of the Estate and all matters pertaining to Persons associated with the Estate; and shall provide for their safe custody and proper use; and II. The General Executor and Guardian as Custos Rotolorum shall be responsible for ensuring all property and rights of the Estate are duly recorded and that no such property is mistakenly claimed by an equivalent position within a foreign jurisdiction.

CAP. III. Legislative Powers, Elections, Meetings, Process and Assent
I. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in the Office of General Executor which shall consist of a General Executor; and II. The General Executor shall be duly appointed for life, but may choose to resign beforehand; and III. The selection of the candidate for election as General Executor shall be prescribed in accordance with the prescribed and promulgated Will and Testament of the entire Estate, or if no name is provided or the candidate is unable to perform such duties then to a collective and equal vote of those Administrators sworn into office as part of the Executive Government; and IV. The Times, Places and Manner for holding Meetings shall be prescribed by the General Executor; and V. All laws proposed by the Executive Government shall require the Assent of the General Executor as Sovereign; and VI. A proposed Ordinance or Capitulum (Cap.) shall not be prepared for assent until it is first prepared in writing as a permanent annex hereto, following the prescribed order of headings as an Act and further that it is read three (3) times and notice of the same is also given.

CAP. IV. Judicial Powers, Curia Regis, Jurisdiction, Writs, Orders and Judgments
I. Judicial Power herein granted shall be vested in one supreme Court known as the Curia Regis and in such inferior Courts as the General Executor may from time to time ordain and establish; and II. The Curia Regis shall be headed by the Chief Justice and any inferior Judges the Chief Justice shall choose to appoint who then shall hold their Offices during good Behavior; and III. The General Executor may so choose from time to time not to appoint a separate person as Chief Justice and may reserve the position to himself; and IV. The Curia Regis shall have original Jurisdiction over all matters of law concerning affairs of the State and any associated claims or controversies concerning any wards, subjects, property, rights or lands; and V. In matters affecting treaties, international covenants and foreign and state relations, the Curia Regis shall also have original jurisdiction. VI. The Curia Regis shall have the power to establish a Chancery Office and for the issue of Original and Sacred Prerogative Writs upon acceptance of first a formal petition or establishment of facts including but not limited to the writs of Original Jurisdiction, Writ of Right, Writ of Arrest, Writ of Entry, Writ of Eviction, Writ of Error, Writ of Mandamus, Writ of Certiorari, Writ of Habeas Corpus, Writ of Prohibitio, Writ of Procedendo, Writ of Quo Warranto, Writ of Restitution and the Writ of Scire Facias.

CAP. V. Executive Powers, Orders and Appointments
I. Executive Power herein granted shall be vested in a Government comprising of one General Executor and such number of Administrators he sees fit to fulfill the obligations of executive administration; and II. The General Executor shall be Commander in Chief and in times of conflict with other foreign states or aggressors may call on assistance and relief from allies; and III. The General Executor is empowered with the right and authority to appoint, direct and terminate the commissions under the Oath of Allegiance and Oath of Office of one or more Authorized Agents assisting with the enforcement of the administrative orders of the Estate; and IV. The General Executor and Guardian is empowered with the rights and authority to nominate, grant, bestow, manage, review or terminate Benefits to one or more Beneficiaries of any present or future interest in the Estate or any Trust of the Estate in accordance with the articles and the intentions and wishes expressed by the Testator and Trustor; and V. The General Executor and Guardian is empowered with the right and authority to represent and protect the interests of all Wards of the Estate, Register No. 1982-0000-0002 / 13.0.0.0.0 Page 3 of 5 Pages http://www.benjamindoolittle.com/great-charter/

including all obligations for their proper care, health and well being as well as the proper administration of their affairs; and VI. The General Executor may nominate and appoint by Letters Patent under Great Seal as Official Correspondence any competent Person invested into Office under Oath of a foreign State, Entity or Corporation as Fiduciary providing written evidence exists that such a Person has demonstrated a past or present willingness to engage in the Affairs of the Estate.

CAP. VI. Agency Powers and Jurisdiction
I. Diplomatic Power herein granted shall be vested in the Office of Apostolic Mendicant Minister appointed by the General Executor as Plenipotentiary which shall consist of one Apostolic Mendicant Minister appointed by Full Powers when a duly invested General Executor swears publicly three (3) times a solemn and sacred Oath to Poverty, Self-Restraint and Obedience in accordance with Kaianere:kowa being the Divine and Absolute Kuswentha of the Living Law of the One True Divine Creator; and II. The Apostolic Mendicant Minister as Plenipotentiary by definition disavows any claim of being of the Roman World of “Mundus” and associated attachments to things of persons, debt, ownership, money, possessions or death and therefore jurisdiction of holy orders claiming jurisdiction over such matters. Therefore, by Roman Law, Western Law and the highest International Law, a valid Apostolic Mendicant Minister is beyond the jurisdiction of juridic person, state or associate corporate entity; and III. By definition, excluding any valid copy of this instrument, an Apostolic Mendicant Minister as Plenipotentiary makes his status and standing known through auricular advocacy, not written presentation. Furthermore, an Apostolic Mendicant Minister makes their standing known through the profession Sum in mundo, non de mundo (I am in the World, not of the World); and IV. When through auricular advocacy a General Executor professes their status as an Apostolic Mendicant Minister then they speak not only as the highest possible office holder for the entire estate, but simultaneously as a man and simultaneously ex cathedra as the One True Divine Creator; and

CAP. VII. Property, Instruments, Draft, Fees and Securities
I. The General Executor and Guardian is empowered with the rights and authority to grant by warrant and letters patent to Beneficiaries, Fiduciaries or Agents one or more of those rights possessed by the Estate, whether or not the associated property is in direct possession of the Estate; and II. and Guardian is empowered with the rights and authority to issue financial instruments such as Negotiable Instruments and Drafts to create funds for the effective administration of the Estate, including the proper securitization of such instruments; and III. The General Executor and Guardian is directed to devise and post a Schedule of Fees and Compensation for official business conducted for and on behalf of the Estate reflecting accepted professional and fair rates of expenses and compensation.

CAP. VIII. International Recognition, Treaties and Recoveries
I. The General Executor through the appointment of the Apostolic Mendicant Minister as Plenipotentiary and Diplomatic Representative is empowered with establishing international recognition of the Estate and the establishment of any public or private international treaties of peace, good will and trade with foreign estates or their associated corporate entities; and II. Where certain Property or Rights belonging to the Estate is held, possessed or claimed for use by a foreign State that refuses to acknowledge its own laws and refuses to enter into any formal treaty of peace and good will, the General Executor is empowered to use any and all international means of recovery of such Property or Rights. In Witness whereof we have caused these our Letters to be made Patent: Teste me ipso apud Tsi’kanata:here? apud Anoware:kowa, vicesimo primo Decembris, in trigesimo anno regni nostri, duo milia et duodecim.
