Place a pressure pad

Fold in alittle at forehead

Brings the bandage to the back

Cross the bandage abovethe Apex

Bring the sides to the front

Tie a knot at the center of forehead

Pull down the Apex to securethe padding

Fold up the Apex and tuck it in

Secure one side of the pad

Secure the pad on the other end, to keep the dressing in place

Cross the bandage beneath the armpit

Tie a knot on the arm

Open up the broad bandage to support the pad

Tuck in the bandage to securethe pad
