My take on current situation of chelsea : In June,2013 when Jose Mourinho returned to Stamford Bridge to complete his unfi nished

business, the Dream comes true for chelsea fans. His long interview with chelseaTV gave goosebumps to blues. The special one became "The Happy one" . The Happy one said that he is not here now for instant success and trophies just like before. He is at home now for stability. He wants to establish a certain s tyle of play in talented mixture of youth and experienced chelsea squad. With th is squad, he could easily have established counter attacking football, which the blues were used to play. But Mourinho wants different. In 7 matches untill now, Mourinho is trying to find his best possible combinatio n as well as best suited playing style with these talented group . During this p rocess, we have had some brilliant result as well as 2 really bad games. It won' t be wrong to say that mourinho is appearantly settling in his 2nd reign differe ntly from 1st reign. But what surprised me a lot rather than this inconsistent performance is fans' r eaction. The fans with banner "The special one, one among us" questioned jose's strategy after just 2 loses. I didn't expect this kind of response. It looks lik e some fans also became impatient just like our owner was. (hope he is not impat ient with jose now, assuming jose agreed for 2nd reign only with some guranteed amount of time) Ommision of Mata raised many eyebrows. I expected it from pundits but not as muc h from blue fans. Its not like season is over and he didn't get chances. Mourinh o clearly said that he has to adapt to wings as Oscar is better no 10. Mourinho wants defensive duties by his playmaker. simply Oscar fits more into it. Mata pl ayed on wings in past and I am sure he will adapt to it. Mourinho said , "Juan i s a top professional and I would be more happy if he proves me wrong on pitch". What else we want? I have clearly no complains about current situation. As mouri nho is going to establish different style of play, different tactics, all the pl ayers have to adapt to it, nothing new. I would be more happy if he impresses Mo urinho as soon as possible. Afterall, no one is bigger than club. The change I found in tactics is , this time Jose is not going to imply direct c ounter attacking football and expecting lot more for centre forward to do wonder s from long balls. Rather than this, i can smell that we are going to play smoot h buid-up play via both pivot and flairs. In my opinion, the player who improved a lot in this season is Mikel. I hope Mikel - Ramires or Mikel- van ginkel pivo t would boss the midfield. Still there are certain issues Jose needs to work uopn. Ramires' horrible passin g. In starting 2 or 3 matches, he promised a lot but against fulham, he was not upto mark. Still we don't know who is comparitively better striker with us. Eto' o hasn't impressed yet and against aston villa Ba was offside more than his touc hes. Torres was good against bayern but looks like he doesn't fit more in Mourin ho's system. Luiz was out of position against basel as he tends to come forward often. Hope he learns more from his ommision from bench against Fulham. He was r ock solid against Bayern and expecting that kind of performance from him more of ten. He is very good but requires more consistency. Next game, against Swindon, hope Bertrand and van ginkel can impress mourinho. A s well as Azpi too. And we have to recover 3 poinst in UCL and we find our rhyth m against spurs at Lane. I think mourinho knows better than us. He will come out better. So blue fans, chillax. Continue supporting, have faith in Mourinho, the Happy on e. Keep the blue flag flying high.
