Pendahuluan
BismillahirRahmanirRahim, Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera kepada para pembaca. Alhamdulillah ucapan pujian dan kesyukuran yang tidak terhingga ke hadrat Ilahi, selawat ke atas Rasulullah junjungan Muhammad SAW, keluarganya dan para sahabat RA. Dengan limpah rahmatNya memberi kekuatan kepada saya untuk menyusun kandungan ebook berkenaan Network Marketing @ Multi Level Marketing (MLM) ini. Penglibatan saya dalam bidang Network Marketing bermula sejak tahun 1992 semasa masih belajar menggunakan motorsikal. Menjadi pengedar beberapa syarikat dalam negara. Telah mengikuti berbagai kursus dan seminar, mendengar kata-kata motivasi dan perkongsian pengalaman dari leader-leader yang telah berjaya mencapai pendapatan 5 hingga 6 angka sebulan, membaca buku-buku berkaitan Network Marketing@MLM, membaca artikel dari laman-laman web dan You Tube dari pakar Network Marketing di internet. Kesimpulannya industry Network Marketing memang sangat hebat dan lain dari yang lain. Industri Network Marketing telah memberi satu peluang yang luara biasa kepada sesiapa sahaja termasuk ANDA yang mahu mengubah kehidupan ke arah yang lebih berjaya. Dari mereka yang hanya lulus sekolah rendah hingga yang bertaraf Profesor, dari yang hanya sebagai Mat Despatch hingga ke Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif syarikat gergasi, dari kalangan pelajar university, surirumah tangga sepenuh masa, penganggur dan warga negara asing juga telah berjaya. Malah berbagai peringkat umur dari remaja seawal 18 tahun hingga yang bergelar datuk atau nenek berusia 60 tahun juga telah berjaya dalan industry ini. Semoga maklumat dari ebook ini, boleh membantu ANDA, golongan orang muda seperti pelajar, mahasiswa, siswazah, golongan pekerja berpendapatan rendah dan sederhana seperti operator pengeluaran kilang hingga pegawai awam dan swasta mendapat maklumat yang tepat dan menyeluruh berkaitan industry Network Marketing. Mereka menggunakan kelebihan ilmu dan status membina rangkaian perniagaan. Terdapat ramai agen-agen jualan berbagai bidang lain yang telah beralih kepada industry ini kerana gaya hidup kebebasan kewangan, kebebasan masa untuk diri dan keluarga, pengiktirafan pencapaian dan kepimpinan, kepuasan membantu ramai orang mengubah diri ke arah kejayaan yang tidak terdapat dalam industri-industri lain, hanya terdapat di Network Marketing. Fakta dan kenyataan ini menyakinkan ANDA untuk bertindak bijak. Keadaan kos hidup yang tinggi pada masa kini, peningkatan harga barangan keperluan harian seperti makanan, rumah, kereta dan sebagainya serta pengangguran menjadikan industry Network Marketing@Multi Level Marketing sebagai pilihan ANDA untuk menambah pendapatan kerana ianya boleh dimulakan dengan modal yang rendah. Syarikat Network Marketing juga menyediakan sistem pendidikan untuk usahawan baru mempelajari teknik perniagaan melalui kursus dan seminar percuma atau berbayar. Industri Network Marketing juga dikenali sebagai ‘people franchise’, dengan modal permulaan di dalam kemampuan orang ramai. ANDA golongan ORANG MUDA yang tersepit dengan berbagai HUTANG di permulaan kerjaya selepas tamat pengajian atau permulaan kehidupan berumah tangga perlu mengambil peluang dan kesempatan meningkatkan pendapatan dengan menceburkan diri secara PART TIME dahulu. The Power of One

The business model of MLM is really simple but it is definitely not effortless.
Professional Network Marketers get paid to do two things: 1) to sponsor and 2) to create customers. For a stable business it is important to do both. Professional Network Marketers know that to become wealthy they need to leverage their time and their effort. They understand that by training other people to sponsor and create customers, they enjoy a percentage of growth too. First things first. It is important to understand what your MLM business will look like once it is built. Most people are of the opinion that the persons who have a huge organization did it all by themselves. If anyone claims to have built a huge organization by themselves they are lying. Patience and geometric progression did! Network Marketing is built on the principle of sponsoring one who sponsors another and your group multiples. Interviews with top earners reveal that they don't even know 90% of their organization! On average, top earners work with 25-30 people in their organization. Since the power of Network Marketing (NWM) is the Power of One, you can create success by finding 25-30 independent business partners who go about their business purposefully over a 3 year period and with whom you enjoy working. Having a clear picture of your desired outcome and dream is the beginning of success. It begins when you decide exactly what you really and truly want. And most of all, you must feel a deep and compelling reason to succeed. The real price you have to pay to receive full value in MLM business it a commitment to learn and a commitment to apply skills. It begins with a passion for your business. How do you know you have a strong desire for success? You know when: You are tired of your current situation, your lifestyle, and your finances. You are looking for a way out of the Rat Race. You are serious about committing to change. You have so much PAIN that you want to change. You are committed to take ACTION NOW. You know you HAVE to be successful. Most people say the reason they want to be successful is that they want financial freedom, freedom to get out of debt, freedom to purchase a new car or whatever. Your reason or your ‘WHY’ could be more personal than material possessions or becoming debt-free. It could be something YOU really want to do for your own emotional satisfaction. You may want to see yourself in a totally new style, role or image. Answering these questions can help you find your reason-for-doing MLM, your WHY: What gets you really excited? What do you care about the most? What gets you really emotional? What scares you to death? What do you really, really want to do? If time and money were not an issue, what would you do and where would you go? Other than money, what are you looking for? What makes you feel most fulfilled? What is it you want from life? What is your dream? Your dream will help you develop a vision for YOUR future. There will be people in your life who will want to throw a wet blanket on your dream. You have to know WHY you want what you want. It is critical for you to have a strong written, “Why”, a reason for doing NWM that will enable you to stick around long enough to be successful in this business. Do yourself a favor. Get a piece of paper and write down 3 reasons why you MUST succeed. Do it immediately! Telling yourself, “I'll do it later” is too late. DO IT NOW!

Write down your reason-for-doing MLM. Write down Your Personal WHY.Your Why has to be huge.
It has to so big that it scares you. It should take your breath away. It is what we call a 99.9% WHY. Your reason for doing MLM is what will keep you going even when bad things happen. It will keep you going in spite of obstacles.

Now that you have written down your WHY, would it blow you away if I said a 99% WHY will NOT in itself make you successful? Many people are told the reason they are not successful is that they just don't have enough belief. They say, “Your WHY is not big enough.” That makes me cringe! The truth is you can:  have all the desire in the world  be really, really motivated  have the highest belief in your business  be the most positive person in the world  have laser sharp focus  be as persistent as a beaver, . . . But without skills you will crash and burn. The most basic skill a professional Network Marketer must have is to communicate effectively with people. Network Marketing is about people. This is a relationship business not a 'get them in my deal' business. The best way to get to know people is to study people. The easiest way to study people is to learn the four basic personalities. Each personality receives information differently. When you know which type of personality you are talking with; you will then know the best way to communicate with that person so that you can build a positive relationship. Basically there are four different types of personalities. Most of us are various combinations of these four basic types. You need only to focus on their dominate traits to help you communicate with these individuals effectively.

Four types of Personalities The Yellow Nurturer
These people are usually teachers, nurses, vets, or any profession that is nurturing. They are soft spoken and very polite. They are patient with people, are great team player, are very dependable and are great listener. They love working with people and developing relationships. Family is very important to them. They don't care how many cars & boats & homes someone has. The purpose of money for them is to use it to help others. They dislike pushy and phony people. They hate conflict. They build huge MLM organization because people naturally love them. These people are sensitive and can smell a phony a mile away. They don't want to hear you claim that you'll make thousands of dollars in your first month. They will think its all hype. When sponsoring a yellow in your business build a strong relationship with them. Talk to them about their family. Introduce them to other members of your team. Show them that your system includes a team that works together. Share personal testimonials about the product you are taking.

The Green Analyzer
They are the bookkeepers, engineers, mathematicians of the world. They tend to over analyze things and are somewhat pessimistic. They think they are the smartest people in the world. They are uncomfortable sharing feelings with others. They don't like to waste time with chit chat. They are amazing planners. They are very organized, very accurate, very intelligent and great problem solvers. When sharing with these people about your network marketing business it's important to be accurate and realistic. Give them all the facts and figures. Then give them time to digest. Expect them to make a list of pros and cons. They need time to decide. Don't rush to close the sale. They will close themselves after they have all the facts. Once they make a decision, they will stick to it.

The Blue Socializer
They are the most direct persons on the planet. They see the big picture immediately and make decisions with very little information. Their mind goes a mile a minute. They want fast results with their business. Fact, figures and details are boring and meaningless to them. They are the life of the party. They are very creative. They are motivated by fun and excitement. They speak fast and get lost on tangents. They can be sales people, waitresses, bartenders, tour guides or any other outgoing profession. They frequently have buyer's remorse because they can be impulsive. They don't care about facts and figures. Their weaknesses are they are unorganized and lack follow up. Sticky notes and post-it bites can be found all over their computer screen. On the other hand they can be excellent promoters for your network marketing business because people love their energy and enthusiasm. When sponsoring a blue into your business, build a strong relationship with laughter and with fun. Talk about the excitement that is happening in your group. Talk about the money they can make and the fun they can have traveling. Share your personal story about the live changing products you are taking. Introduce them to your team so that they feel connected. Show them your systems. The will see the big picture immediately.

The Red Director
These are the CEO's, doctor's, attorneys and military people. Many of these types are in sales also. Sometimes their sales methods are somewhat manipulative. They are very direct often to the point of being rude. They are all about money and power. They are closed with their feelings. You will frequently find conversations with them like pulling teeth trying to extract information out of them. They don't like small talk. Don't talk to them about their family or the vacations they might have taken. They don't like to shop. They usually have someone do it for them. If they are shopping or driving they have a 'get out of my way' attitude. They like being sold, close them. They have a big ego and want to be the leader. They are confident, independent and they take action. To sponsor these people you want to stroke their ego, let them know you need them. Tell them about their chance to make unlimited income. Focus on the money. This is the only personality that welcomes a sales pitch and expects you to close them. The Red Directors are excellent when it comes to follow through. Their weaknesses are: it is challenging to coach them. Expect it. They tend to want to do all the talking. They are often workaholics but find it difficult to give understanding and to see other people's point of view. You will have to let them know your expectations and needs in a firm manner that benefits them. Because they are so hardworking, determined and self directed they will be an excellent addition to your network marketing business.

Practice. Practice. Practice.
With a little practice, within the first few minutes of speaking with your prospect you'll be able to discover what personality type he or she is. This is important because your goal is to connect with them. Connecting with them without this skill will be a lot like swinging your bat at a baseball with your eyes closed. A home run is not likely.

Listening Skill

A good communicator is a good listener. God gave us two ears and one mouth. To listen effectively requires that you maintain a considerable amount of self-control and concentration. Did you know that thoughts move about four times as fast as your speech? A good listener is not just a silent receptacle. It requires one to actively read between the lines for the thoughts and feelings of others. You may get a clue by the way someone places emphasis on a certain word as to how they are really feeling. By really listening, you can tell when people talk in code. Because most people are polite, they won't flatout say “NO” to you when they really mean “NO.” They will say it coded in other words. They beat around the bush but they never give you a direct “NO.”

Would you like to know what a “NO” sounds like?
Let’s say you are promoting health products. You are in conversation with Bob who is complaining about health issues. You ask, “Bob, have you ever considered doing something about it?” A “NO” might sound like this: A) Well, I’m under Doctor’s care … B) Maybe C) If I take this product and get better, I won’t have anything to complain about. My wife won’t love me and my kids won’t talk to me anymore. If Bob used any of these statements, he told you he is not interested. Bob may need your product but he does not want it. The best thing to do is change the subject. Do not try to convince Bob. It is when Bob expresses interest for what you have to offer that he becomes a prospect. Prospecting is always about them not about you. The quality of your business reflects the quality of your questions asked and your ability to listen to their responses. The magic is not in the ability to ask the right questions but rather in the ability to be able to identify their responses. Pay close attention! Listen to what they say. Listen to how they say it. It will give you clues as to whether or not they will do something about their situation. Network Marketing is about listening to people, about identifying their needs and, about seeing if you can help them. Be polite and gentle with people. Real listening involves caring for people.

Tips to Engaging Conversations
The secret of success in NWM is approaching people in a way that makes them want to know more.
It is important to learn how to leave impressions and to engage in conversation naturally; sort of like throwing out bait, and waiting to see if anyone will bite. When done right, these skills are 100% rejection free. High pressure and embarrassment will be a thing of the past. Instead you will have fun working your MLM business and have a high probability of success. Below include some skills my mentor “Big Al” Tom Shreiter taught me:

A) The four most powerful words in Network Marketing are “I just found out.”
Let's say you are at a garden party, music is playing, and everyone’s having a good time. You notice how excited Mariah is as she playing pick-a-boo with her 2-month-old baby boy, Ali. It is obvious her baby is the delight of her life. You are not sure if Mariah is interested in a home-based business. So you turn to Mariah and say, “I just found out how we can stay home, avoid child care, and get a paycheck. If you ever would like to know how, I would be glad to tell you. Meanwhile, let's take Ali for a walk.” If Mariah is interested, she will ask you.

B) “Would you like to do something about it?” Or “Have you ever considered doing something about it?”
Sometimes you may find yourself in a conversation with people who complain. Maybe they complain how much things cost, or how little time they have to do the things they want to do. Or they tell you how busy they are or how much their toe hurts, etc. You can simply ask them,“Would you like to do something about it?” Or “Have you ever considered doing something about it?” Then listen. By now, you know what a NO sounds like, right?

C) “What are your two biggest problems in your career?... in your retirement?.. in your job?... in your health?... in your dieting?... in your skin care?”
Sometimes you may want to induce negativity in a conversation. This can be done by asking, “What are your two biggest problems in your career?... in your retirement?.. in your job?... in your health?... in your dieting?... in your skin care?” Then you can ask, “Would you like to do something about it?” Next step (you've got it) LISTEN.

D) “What do you do for a living?” and “What do you like to do when you are not working?” or “What are your hobbies?”
Have you ever noticed that people like to talk about themselves? Here is a question you can ask to open up a conversation. “What do you do for a living?” Listen to their responses. Do they like their job? Are they happy with the amount of hours they work? Are they frustrated because they can't take a vacation when they want? If they talk negatively about their job, you can say, “I just found out how.....” If they seem Okay with their job, you can say, “Wow, that's wonderful, you must really like your job. You get all this free stuff, you get to help people. It must be very fulfilling.” You will notice that for them to stay in conversation, they must strike up controversy. So they may say something like, “Well it's really not that great, how much of this free stuff can I use?” or “I do get tired of people complaining all the time.” From there, you can take it to “What would your ideal job look like?” or “Would you like to do something about it?” Next step (you've got it) LISTEN. “What do you like to do when you are not working?” or “What are your hobbies?” With this question, you can find out who they are and what they like. If Bob likes to fish and tells you he could fish 24/7, maybe you can say “I just found out how you can go fishing when you want to and still get a full time paycheck. If you ever would like to know how, I would be glad to share it with you. Meanwhile let's get something to drink.”

E) “So what do you do for a living?”
When you ask someone what they do for a living, what would be their reply? Have you noticed people are polite and will usually ask you, “So what do you do for a living?” Here is your chance to tell them. Here is your change to plug in a 30 second commercial. The commercial you use should reflect a need you picked up as you were in conversation with them. You might say: “I market a business that puts people on the fast track to retirement by helping them retire 15 years earlier. I use to worry about retirement until I was introduced to this business model. Now I’m building a solid business so I can retire earlier. Do you know anyone who would be interested in a business so they can retire earlier?” “I market a product for people who have trouble falling asleep like I used to. Before I started using thi s product I worked till bedtime and then I couldn’t get my mind to stop thinking. Then one day I tried this product and after 3 days I noticed I don’t have trouble sleeping. Do you anyone who might like a product like that? “I market a product for people who want to lose weight without changing their eating habits. Do you know anyone who might like a product like that?” Now it's your turn, invent your 30 second commercial. You will be surprised the responses you get. They might say, “Oh really, how does that work?”

Tips on How to explain Your Business
When someone asks you about your Network Marketing Business, what do you say? Do you stumble to find the right words? Remember Network Marketing is about them not you. So wouldn't it be nice to know what they want to hear? Research shows people want three questions answered: 1) What business are you in? 2) How much can I earn? 3) What do I need to do to earn it? 7 Critical Points to Choosing a MLM Business 1. Does the company have integrity? There is a simple way to evaluate a Network Marketing company’s integrity. They will tell you! That’s right, it’s written in their Policies and Procedures (P&P). This is a legally binding contract. Please read them so that you will understand “the rules.” You don't want poisonous words preventing you from your achieving your dream. You don’t want your company to steal your check or just as bad, terminate you. Can you be terminated for no reason? What does your P&P say? A key phrase to beware of is “either party can void this contract with a 30 day written notice,” or “'xyz' company reserves the right to terminate you with or without reason.” Would you like to be looking over your shoulder all the time wondering when your company might terminate you? All your hard work will disappear like a puff of smoke. 2. Company management experience. The leaders of your company must have true Network Marketing experience. Healthy companies understand what it takes to be successful from the bottom up. When the leaders of your company have been in the trenches and understand what it is like to drive for two hours to conduct a meeting only to find no one there, they understand what the distributor goes through. They understand that it takes work to build a team. Look for leaders who have built a down-line. Look for leaders that are more than just a pretty face or who wear a fancy suit. Look for an established team with solid accomplishments. It's easy to find out: Go to Google and search for information on the owners. Once I researched a company leader and discovered he had spent time in prison! What you don't want is someone who has a criminal record. What you don’t want is a CEO whose only experience is managing a hot-dog stand in Disney World. 3. There are a number of reasons why Network Marketers join different companies before they find the right fit. One reason is Network Marketers fail to understand that the compensation plan drives the behavior in the field. Your personality should match the type of compensation plan for you to experience true success. The compensation plan has to be one where average part time people of all personalities can make money. Look for a company that pays on volume and allows you to go wide and deep without breakage. A good question to ask is: How many people will I have to have in my organization before I can make $500 a month? How many before I can make $10,000 a month, assuming each person is moving “x” amount of products. People are surprised when they find out they need 5000 people in their organization to make $10,000/month. Some people need 1600 people in their organization. Other people only need 400 people their organization. Don't misunderstand me, you can make money with any company but you'll just have to work much harder with some than with others. When the weak side leg reaches a certain sales volume level, you get a bonus check on the sales volume. The leg on the weaker side is the factor to your commission. C) Matrix – The most common form of a Matrix is a 2x12 which means two wide and twelve levels deep. D) Unilevel – There is no width limit. The more volume you and your organization move within a defined depth, the more you earn. E) Aussie Two-Up - This is where the first two people you recruit are given to your sponsor, all the rest of the people you recruit are yours. 4. Be leery of “Pre launch and invitations to new businesses that are just getting off the ground.” Many network marketers join pre-launch or new start-up companies to get in early because they believe that the first ones in will enjoy bigger paychecks. Beware, statistically, about 90% of network marketing companies end up filing bankruptcy in the first few years. Ouch, there goes your paycheck. Ideally you want a company that has gone through the start-up phase and worked out all the bugs. It will take a company at least three years to go through this phase. 5. Network Marketing Training is often an overlooked part of your business. You may be so dazzled by the money that the thought that you may never hear from your sponsor again may never enters your mind. Yet unfortunately, some recruiters do disappear. Make sure the Company and team you join use an updated system that average part- time people can follow. Look for up-dated methods that do not harass your friends and family. Be careful paying for cold leads that lead you no place. Look for a team that gives you support and provides training. Look for method that will work for the 92% of the population. Keep in mind 92% of the population does not like to sell or be sold. Look for training where you can learn the skills you need to be successful. Look for training on how to generate your own leads. And look for training that is free. 6. Products must be remarkable and stand out above the crowd. Products must be consumable so that folks can reorder every month so that you will receive a residual income each month. Products must be reasonably priced and must be sold at RETAIL to friends and family. Business Rule Number One, you can not afford to forfeit your profit and expect to continue a long time in business. The products must produce positive results. When people develop an emotional attachment to the product, they will call you to re-order! The hardest thing you will do is to find a customer. Since one product may not be for everyone, it is important that your company carry more than one product. You want to be the go-to-guy. For example, if your customer is interested in nutritional products maybe they will be interested in natural skin care also. Get to know the needs of your buyer. Get to know their likes and dislikes of products. What kinds of products do they already use on a regular basis? What results are they looking to achieve? 7. Stream line business model makes a difference to distributors. Your success depends on the structure of your company. Here is why. If your company is top heavy there is little room to pass on monies to the distributors. When a company has a huge building with hundreds of employees, the overhead is much higher: Employers must pay for salaries, pay for employee health insurance, and also pay for building maintenance. Maybe the company also has a jet or a fancy car. Do you use the company building, what about the company car or jet? Can you see why the company MUST charge so much for their products? Let me give you an example: All things being equal, the cost of the ingredients to make Vitamins is within pennies of each other. Would you agree with me? Now consider this: Company A has a 30 day supply of Vitamins for $119 Company B has a 30 day supply of Vitamins for $108 Company C has a 30 day supply of Vitamins for $39.95 Who do you think can sell more Vitamins? Company A, B or C? Who do you think buys the products from Company A and B? Their distributors.

For any long term, stable business all entrepreneurs should know the importance of marketing.

It is the Network Marketers who have the largest list that make the most profit. “Money and Power” is in the list. The list is about real living people who have problems, dreams, hope and desires. You want serve them. And you do this by personalizing your relationship with your list by communicating with them.  Place free ads on sites such as Craigs List, Usfreeads, Postaroo, Instant Buzz, etc.  Write articles and submit them to article distribution sites. Writing articles reach more readers every week than you could ever attempt to contact on your own. The articles can become viral (meaning one person likes your article and shares it with someone else and they share it with their friends) and they will brand you instantly as an expert.  Use pay per click search engines like Google.  Use the media and press releases to get free traffic.  Use audio tools which allow you to put your voice on your website, your emails, and build relationships with your visitors and allow your words to show people what to do.  Publish an ezine. An ezine is an electronic magazine distributed by email or posted on a website. This is the quickest way to build your list.  Create or use information products with your information embedded in them and make them viral. Free is the most powerful word on the Internet.  How to build your own website and have it hosted. Here is one I found to be quite reasonable: HostGator  Use safelists.  Joint venture with another marketer (who has a list) and promote your product to their list.  As you are working the Internet, keep building your list. It takes time to implement these strategies listed above. They do work. They can bring a lot of high- quality traffic to your site. Once you master them, you will discover they can pay off big time. Think about this, everyone’s warm market which encompasses their friends and family is limited. The Internet, however, when used appropriately can be your next warm market. The Internet can find those you don't even know yet.

Every business has its ups and downs. You as a leader may have to decide, are you going to fight or are you going to quit? Are you going to go back to the way things were? This is the reason your 'WHY' is important. It's up to you and your brain. Your mind is your greatest asset. You are your thoughts. The secret to any achievement is not in trying so hard but in spontaneous performance. When your mind is calm, you are living a purpose driven life and success happens. Your thoughts and your attitudes shape your life. When you challenge old paradigms, you will develop new understandings and you will gain new habits. You will grow and things will get better and better. First it starts with feeding in true, positive information that will produce positive thoughts. Then, your emotions help you to act on the thought. Repeated action becomes a habit. Habits build your character. Your character is who you are. It becomes your life. And it all began with feeding yourself with positive thoughts about your goals. Studies show that we tend to communicate with others in the same style we treat ourselves. How are you treating yourself? Do you like yourself? How do you describe yourself to yourself? No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Please be selective what you allow your mind to see, listen and experience. Allow your mind to be exposed to things that are uplifting and invigorating. Be careful with subliminal programming that surrounds you from the media. Garbage in. Garbage out. Our minds cannot distinguish between whatever we feed in. It sees everything as reality. Reality is, feed your mind garbage in, expect garbage out. For an example, in today's world, there is so much negativity around us. We hear it on the radio, from the television, on the Internet and from our friends and family. We also read about it in the newspaper. We are constantly being programmed with waves of negativity. Listening to this kind of programming will take a toll on us. If we feed ourselves with all these negative things, we will develop a negative outlook in life that will affect your Network Marketing business. It's all about choices. You can make choices to change your patterns of thinking.

This may sound strange but it works! First, eliminate as much as possible the negative influence around you. Turn off the television, give up the radio, and stop reading the newspaper for 30 days. Secondly, for an hour everyday read a quality, inspiring book. Thirdly, everyday write down 10 things you are thankful for. It can be for the smallest things such as a sunset, the color blue, being able to get up in the morning to having a car, kisses from a loved one, your dream, etc. Fourthly, write down 10 things you acknowledge that you did that day, for an example: 1.You got up in the morning 2.You brushed you teeth 3.You ate a healthy meal 4.You exercised 5.You hugged your kids 6.You made a phone call for Network Marketing business. Anything positive you did counts, even positive thoughts! It only takes 21 days to create a habit. Each day, you will be closer to a new you. You can do this. People who have followed this simple outline have experienced amazing things. You may find that the constant mental chatter inside your head will stop. As a side benefit, you may notice that you are listening, truly listening to people. When this happens, you will connect with others in a way that is beyond your wildest imagination!

Think About It: Is having success worth giving up television, radio, newspaper for 30 days? The most successful people just don't believe in luck. Do you want to know the real secret to success?
There isn't any secret. Never has been. It's simply, “This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night so that you may observe to do all that is written in it. Your Personal Business Plan
Many people want to start their own business but lack a perfectly clear picture of their ultimate destination and they do not have a detailed road map how to get there. How do you envision your business? Begin by designing a business model that is comfortable for you. As a Network Marketer, you should know exactly what activities to do every day. Have a plan to track those activities. Businesses do not plan to fail, usually businesses fail to plan. Here are steps that can help: First, ask value-finding questions such as 'What will my MLM business look like when it's complete? What is really important to me? What is my purpose? What do I what to achieve?' Write it down. Secondly, cultivate short-range and long-range goals. Goals fall in 5 basic categories: 1)spiritual 2)personal 3)family 4)business and 5)financial. Goals may be as short as three months or as long as ten years. Goals help you get a clearer vision about what you want and help you focus on where you are going. Think of setting goals as setting energy in motion. Begin by choosing a specific point of time around which to begin constructing your vision. Your goals have to be specific and realistic. Write them down in the positive tense, in other words what you want, not what you don't want. Thirdly, convert the goals into steps. Develop a plan of action on how you intend to achieve your vision. Develop a schedule. Examples of daily Networking activities include:  30 min a day of personal development, read a book, listen to CD  running advertisement online or local marketing  calling leads  setting appointments follow through and selling products or inviting people to look at your business  training your business partners Fourthly, make a commitment. A goal without a commitment is a wish. Many people want things. Wants usually means a wish. Without a commitment and a plan no one can succeed. Without a commitment there is no way to fulfill your dreams and goals. Write down what it is you are committed to do. When you write it down, your brain becomes part of the process. When you think it, say it, write it down and do it, YOU OWN IT. “I hear and I forget. I SEE and I remember. I DO and I understand.” – Confucius Commitment is where success starts. You are your own boss and you should design your own schedule. You need to decide how bad you want it and what you are willing to do. No one can fire you for not following through your commitment. That is your business. You get to decide what your time is really worth. Part time is usually 20 hours a week. Fifthly, monitor your progress. Keep track of what you are doing right. Your business plan will evolve as you meet your present goals and as you set new ones. Step by step, brick by brick, you will be building your future. Lastly, learn to identify and build upon your strengths. Discipline yourself to work from your strengths. Ultimately, your goal is to spend the majority of your time in activities that are energy efficient and easy for your brain to complete.

Purple Cow Green Pastures

If you saw a herd of back and white cattle grazing in green pastures, you would think nothing of it. What if there was ONE purple cow in the herd? Would you take notice? If you want long term success in NWM you must stand out from the crowd and get noticed. You must become like the purple cow. You must brand yourself. Yes, brand yourself, not the company, not your up-line guru. The fact is when people join a company or buy a product or service from you, they're buying YOU first! As a matter of fact, people join people first, then a company. Okay, in the first few weeks of your business, you should leverage off the success of your leaders. Use your leaders in three-ways phone calls to help you. That is your quickest path to a paycheck. At the same time, increase your knowledge and learn skills so that you can truly partner with them as co-leaders. As soon as you possibly can, QUIT passing your credibility up the line because you will lose respect with the people you are trying to sponsor. Do not think of yourself as someone simply helping your upline grow their business. Are you seeing where I am going? People follow leaders, because that is the way the world works. If you don't quickly position yourself as a leader, people will not have a reason to listen to you. Get good at teaching and training people. Promote yourself and teach your people how to make themselves attractive to other people. You do not need to be some top big earner in their company to do this. But you do need to acquire some skill and, then you can promote yourself as one who can help and as one who relates well to others. Think about this: Teaching people to brand themselves creates independence not co- dependence in your group. This creates leverage. You will have more time to build your business. By doing this, you are not just building an organization but an EMPIRE. Branding yourself makes you way more attractive as a leader and it is important for long-term success. Best of all, you will notice that people will call you. When you have people that WANT to speak with you and have already displayed an interest in what you have, growing a business becomes child’s play. You can start branding yourself by having a presence on the Internet. You must develop your OWN website that features YOU. Tell your story: let your visitors get to know who you are, what you believe and, how you feel. When you reveal your own feelings in a non-judging manner you make it easy for others to share their feelings. Post pictures of yourself so they can see you are a real person. Bring value to their lives, with your web presence.

A System within a System
There is so much talk in NWM about duplication. Many Network Marketers say “duplicate your efforts.” GUESS WHAT? * We're all unique. * We are NOT cookie-cutter entrepreneurs! * There are many different ways to have success. Some Network Marketers: Build a team by mailing postcards. Are strong in getting top search- engine placement. Enjoy using classifieds and running an email campaign. Enjoy talking to people on a one-on-one basis. Are good at public speaking. Are excellent retailers. You can't force your group to be you. You can find out their strengths and you can help them plug into a system that works for them. Teach your team to work from their strengths. Find out what they have done in the past that may relate to marketing methods. If they have already developed some skills in a particular area, this will lead to faster success. As you and your team member develop a business plan, ask them what marketing methods he or she is interested in learning. Your team member will do better with a marketing approach they want to learn because they will enjoy the process, which is critical in order for them to follow through on the daily activity of their business. By finding their niche they will be using less brain energy and will be having more fun. And guess what? They will be jumping out of bed each morning with excitement and want to work their business. That's duplication! By having different options in place, your team members can choose the plan that is best suited for them. A newbie should be nurtured and valued as an individual and taught real skills. Experienced Network Marketers should be guided so they can develop themselves to their fullest potential. MLM is a business of teamwork. Work together as a team. In order to succeed, you may need help from others. Don't be afraid to ask.

Choosing Your Mentor
It’s important that you choose the right mentor and sponsor. Great sponsors do not have to be “old timers” in this industry to be of help to you. They can be relatively new. What is important is that your
sponsor is active and "plugged-in". That way they can plug you into the key people on the team, the company resources and the training you need to get started quickly.

Everyone has someone in his life by whom they want to do well by. The right mentor can stimulate your desire to enhance your skills. A right mentor knows the real work in MLM begins when someone joins your business. It takes patience to effectively train someone. Everyone has a different learning curve. A mentor may have to repeat the same answer over and over just as if it were the first time they spoke it. A right mentor knows if you stay inside your comfort zone, you will stay inside your income zone. When a mentor helps you to remain comfortable, you will be crippled. A right mentor must be able to tell you how it really is. A mentor will supply suggestions and options for you based on your talents, your skill level, your desire and your vision. A mentor will ask you good questions so you can transfer your vision of your idea into current reality. A right mentor will tell you that yours is a working business. A mentor makes it clear that you have to set aside time for your business. You must follow up with people who are interested and find a way to generate leads. We are here to help you but you have to do the work. There is difference between a sponsor and a recruiter. A sponsor's job begins when you enroll. We believe that any person worth sponsoring is worth developing. We believe in building a relationship with those we sponsor and develop them into leaders. A recruiter has a different mindset. A recruiter is looking to sign people up and keep moving forward looking for the next sale. They use a “Hit and Run” approach, and wait to see who will stick around. The recruiter's goal is to sign up people. Choosing your mentor is an important decision. You want someone who will be there when things get tough. You will want someone who can mentor, teach and guide you. Someone you can comfortably share your vision and purpose with. You will want someone you get along with. You will want someone you trust. You will want someone who is serious about their business as well as yours. You will want someone who encourages you to move forward instead of placing demands on you. Will your sponsor/mentor be there when you need them? Is your sponsor a leader? Is there structure in their business? Do they show compassion and empathy in their dealings with people? Did they bring out the best in you and in others?
