Lintel: All internal openings will be provided with R.C.C lintel 1:2:4 mix, 150 mm thick and all external openings will be provided with R.C.C lintel-cum-sunshade 1:2:4 mix, 150 mm thick. Sunshade of thickness 75 mm at fixed end and 50 mm at free end may be provided, with projection of 600 mm from the wall face.

15. Flooring: The flooring will be in cement concrete 1:4:8, 115 mm thick, and laid over with ceramic tile flooring in cement mortar 1:3. 16. Steps: Steps will be in brick work in cement mortar 1:5 laid on a 900 x 150 cement concrete 1:4:8 footing. Rise 150. Thread 300. Note All dimensions indicated are in millimeters.
