1) Employment: What we are asking for isif a document states "He worked for X" then X would be redacted. This is based on the numerous statements that Respondent has made over the years regarding his employment history, a lot of which are untrue, and concerns about what Respondent would do in the future. I understand your legal arguments about this, however, this is something he will not move on at all. 2) Adding if applicable is fine re: the FOIA requests. However, since all other documents would be coming from a courthouse, we would ask that they be certified as true and correct. Concerns about this are based on the pretend judgment that is floating around. 3) The originated clause is because Respondent has sent many e-mails, letters, etc, to people, about Petitioner, tjiave now become part of the public record It would be easy for her to FOIA these records (or she already has them) and post them on the Internet, under this exception. Thanks!

I have been able to get him to agree on the employment/abc issue, as long as you can agree to the certification/affidavit language. See attached. Also, in the "other" section, we have added some websites, and although (5) is not in this draft, we want to keep it. the format is kind of screwed up,, I can't get rid of that LINE!

I think we're fairly close. Hi Tim-1 have taken your suggestions back to my client. He is willing to give on the name and photo issue if and only if the additional changes are made. He is unwilling to budge on the employment history. I have attached a draft. Thanks.
