Executive summary:

Famez sports apparel is an exciting new business that allows people to buy football kits at
reasonable prices. FAMEZ stands for Farhan, Ali, Moaaz, Ethasham and Zeshan. This business
was started in 2014 to provide quality football kits to the football enthusiasts. Currently the kits
are provided on order and the numbers of orders have grown enormously over the past few days.
Presently our main objective is to provide the customer with vast variety of football kits of top
notch quality. Our motto is “We know your game”.

The total market consists of 9310 students of different departments in UET Lahore. Our major
target is the male students of hostels of UET Lahore. We will be targeting 3% of each hostel.
We are targeting only 3% because football is a developing game in Pakistan. Out of the total day
scholars our target will be 1%. The total number of our targeted customers is 102.895 but as our
main focus is on the hostel students the targeted customers are 91.5.

Currently we have four competitors in the market. Our product is unique because of reasonable
price and quality. We also offer customization with a few extra-charges for shirts whereas our
competitors do not offer customization. In the beginning the major risk was that the demand was
high but our supply was short. We tackled this problem by going for a new supplier. The biggest
opportunity was that as football is still a developing and growing game in Pakistan we targeted
the students which taking the game to the next level.

The product is distributed by confirmation through cell phone. The place of delivery is decided
by the customer. There are no hidden charges of delivery. Our initial investment was of Rs
10,000 by the five partners of FAMEZ sports apparel. We did publicity through posters and
social networking basically facebook. We checked for supplier by visiting 50 shops out of 150 in
Sialkot and the major three shops in Lahore.
