Company History:
Black Horse & Co. has been engaged in the manufacturing of Auto-mobile spare parts and
owning over a chain of 100 garages across Pakistan. The company has been in the
automobile industry for over 20 years and has been engaged in provision of a variety of
technological advances in the field.


Team Experience:
Team experience totals to the figure of 66 years.


Relevant Company Experience:
The company has been extensively engaged in provision of said services since the past 5
years since the evident increase of temperature in Pakistan.


Financial Position:
The company has a sound financial history and a track record of ever-growing assets and
expanding financial capability with every passing year. The company has a very good credit
history.


Resources:
Our company has rich financial, human and technical resources to handle its projects.


Project Knowledge:
Our company has been extensively engaged in repairing and installing environmental
friendly spare parts in auto-mobiles. We are very well aware of the latest technological
advances in the field and the lapses which can be disastrous. We have adequate resources
to handle unforeseen hurdles and professional staff which can handle all types of auto-
mobile problems for all sort of engines.

I. PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Project Aim :
The project aims to reduce at source emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs)
and other pollutants by improving fuel efficiency of road transport vehicles in
Pakistan.


Project Need :
According to a recent research carried out by the Department of
Environmental studies of Punjab University Pakistan, the recent flood that
came and caused so much damage was due to the sudden environmental
changes caused by pollution.
This pollution is causing the earth to get warmer thus melting the ice on the
moutains. The global warming theory is becoming a reality and something
need to be done about it.


Project Impact :
It will have an impact on the country at various levels. The vehicle owners will
benefit from fuel savings and lower fuel bills. The workshop owners will
benefit from the increased business in vehicle maintenance. The country will
benefit from reduced fuel imports and last and the most important of them
all the global environmental benefits will be in the form of reduced GHG
emissions.


State Of the Art :
Achievement of project objectives by introduction of state of the art training
to the mechanics and workshop owners, launching mass awareness
campaign, Establishment of 10 Gasoline and 5 Diesel Tune-up
Demonstration Centers , methods for sustaining fuel efficiency in the road
transport sector of tune-up demonstration centres.









II. PROJECT METHODOLOGY
Project TOR
The project should aim to ensure communication of real-time
surveillance information to the client.
The project should ensure the installation and fool-proof functioning
of tracking devices for surveillance
The project should ensure the fair collection of revenue from a buss
The project should induce the capability of monitoring of information
on the instrument panel of the buss.
The project should monitor the refuelling process
Project SOW
1.Installation of tracking device connected to LTC Control Room via
GPRS for real time monitoring of the location of the bus 24 hours a day
7 days a week.
2. Installation of T bar counter to count the No. Of passengers entering
and leaving the buss.
3. Installation of Surveillance Camera for security purpose.
4. Installation of sensors to monitor the refuelling process.
