On October 4th, 2014, Zombie Run Undead Unleashed is coming to the Downsview Park in
Toronto, Ontario. This fun run is an unmatched adventure run which is suitable for the ft, the
unft and the ugly!

The Zombie Run Undead Unleashed adventure run is an event-based business that is
proud to be supporting the Respiratory Therapy Society of Ontario (RTSO), The Kiwanis
International and Respiratory Therapists Without Borders in their 5k run.
THE RTSO: Through the RTSO fundraising eforts, the organization continues to support advanced
practice bursary programs and initiatives focused on Respiratory Therapy-driven research.
KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL: ELIMINATE PROJECT is a global campaign for saving the lives of
mothers and children by providing Tetanus shots during the maternal/neonatal periods of their lives.
RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS WITHOUT BORDERS: This organization has taken their profession
global by championing and mentoring neonatal to adult respiratory care in Third World countries.

TORONTO CHARITABLE PARTNER & THEIR PROJECTS:
Most of us are busy, and training time is precious. Therefore, its really tough to fnd the time to train for
a marathon. Not so with this 5K run. You can work up to it quickly with little or no training.

The convenience of a 5K run is that its a snap. You arrive at the race, warm up for 10 to 20 minutes, race
for 40 to 60 minutes maximum, cool down, replenish with food and drink then head home in your new
race t-shirt. Thats only if you havent been devoured by the horde of zombies we have unleashed!
Racing the occasional 5K is an excellent ftness booster. It will elevate your max VO2, improve form and
efciency. Plus, when you add zombies, it just makes it more fun.

These fun, untimed races are great motivators. But just in case you arent motivated enough to
move...we added zombies.
If being chased by zombies isnt enough, we will
have a series of man-made and natural obstacles
waiting for you throughout the course. Jump, slide
and climb your way through our blood pit,
smokehouse and maze (amongst others), all while
zombies are hot on your tail. Make it through the
last obstacle and you are fnally in the Safe Zone.

There are many ways to take part in Zombie Run Undead Unleashed 2014 Toronto! You can
participate in this event as an INDIVIDUAL / GROUP or as a CORPORATE GROUP. You can even
sign up to be an EVENT VOLUNTEER or a chilling ZOMBIE. There are also great ways to sponsor the
event giving your company the opportunity to connect with all walks of life.

As a Zombie, you will work with a make-up artist who will help you transform into your designated
