Overview
The Cisco WebEx Everywhere Not-for-Resale (NFR) Program
for the purchase of Cisco WebEx and WebEx Messenger
closed to new entrants, effective July 31, 2013.
In its place, welcome to the new WebEx Everywhere Evolution
Promotion, where Cisco continues to provide opportunities
designed to allow virtually every partner to consume WebEx
solutions for internal use and reap the benefits of Ciscos web
collaboration technology.
Partners that acquired WebEx through the previous WebEx
Everywhere NFR Program may upgrade and order new service
through July 31, 2014, and the discounts in that program will
apply. All terms and conditions for orders placed under the
previous WebEx Everywhere NFR Program prior to that date will
also be honored.
After July 31, 2013, partners may purchase Cisco WebEx
and WebEx Messenger under the terms of the new WebEx
Everywhere Evolution Promotion.

This promotion enables Cisco partners to use Cisco WebEx
technology to target customers for Cisco WebEx Meeting and
WebEx Messenger by.
Closing more deals faster with web-touch selling
Engaging prospects for demonstrations with interactive online
voice and data, coupled with WebEx high-quality video
Instantly bringing decision makers and subject-matter
experts together to answer questions quickly
Educating sales representatives faster with online training
sessions
Using presence and enterprise instant messaging (EIM)
to collaborate securely with remote colleaguesinside or
outside your organization
WebEx Everywhere Evolution Promotion
Effective August 1, 2013, the WebEx Everywhere Evolution
Promotion replaces the WebEx Everywhere NFR Program, which
expired on July 31, 2013. The WebEx Everywhere Evolution
Promotion allows qualified partners to obtain certain quantities
of Cisco WebEx collaboration solutions and Cisco WebEx
Messenger instant messaging for free and to obtain additional
services at a substantial discount.
Several options are available under key Cisco partner programs:
WebEx Everywhere for those existing Partners, continue to
add services and users
Standard Cisco NFR Program
Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners
GRA (Cisco WebEx Global Resale Agreement) & SaaS ATP
Available Cisco WebEx products vary depending on how the
partner elects to participate. Different options are available
under the following key Cisco partner programs:
WebEx Everywhere NFR Program
Partners that acquired WebEx through the previous WebEx
Everywhere NFR Program may upgrade and order new service
through July 31, 2014.
Standard Cisco NFR Program
The Not For Resale (NFR) Program enables eligible partners to
purchase discounted Cisco WebEx software for use internally.
Partners can obtain WebEx from the Cisco NFR site at their
Standard NFR discounts.

Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners
For every Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners license held
by the partner, the partner will receive a single license of WebEx
EE and a single license of WebEx Messenger at no cost. Not to
exceed 250 licenses.
For requirements that exceed 250 named users, the partner
may order additional capacity at 70 percent off the Cisco list
price for named users and 50 percent off the Cisco list price for
WebEx ports.

- U.S. bridge and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
bridge:
Toll @ $.0138 per minute
Toll-free call in and call back @ $.035 per minute
Free voice over IP (VoIP)
- International Rate Schedules J, K, and L, depending on
monthly commitment
Each qualifying Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners
participant taking advantage of this offer may add up to four
additional sites that may be dedicated to demonstration and
testing. Each of these sites may not exceed 25 named users.
GPL
Per Ciscos standard NFR program within each Cisco theater,
WebEx is included. Ask your local Cisco channel representative
for details on availability through Ciscos GPL in your Cisco
theater.
SaaS Conferencing and EIM ATP
All GRA or SaaS Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) partners
will be eligible for 250 licenses of WebEx Enterprise Edition and
WebEx Messenger at no cost.
For requirements that exceed 250 named users, the partner
may order additional capacity at 70 percent off the Cisco list
price for named users and 50 percent off the Cisco list price for
WebEx ports.

Each qualifying GRA or SaaS ATP Partner taking advantage
of this offer may add up to four additional sites that may be
dedicated to demonstration and testing. Each of these sites may
not exceed 25 named users.
Partners engaged in early recruiting and on-boarding phases
within the Cisco GRA or SaaS ATP programs are eligible
for a single site URL with 25 named users (WebEx EE plus
Messenger) and free VoIP.
Eligible Partners
Partners qualify for this promotion if they meet one of the
following criteria:
Enrolled as SaaS ATP
Have the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications or Advanced
Collaboration Architecture Specialization and have purchased
and deployed Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners
Have a Cisco Gold, Silver, Premier, or Select Certification.
Have a Cisco TelePresence Video ATP designation (Express,
Advanced, Advanced Plus, or Master).
