*All gratuities are considered donations to the college Culinary Arts Program.

We offer a fixed price menu that includes an appetizer or soup or salad and an entre and
beverage at a cost of $9.95 plus tax.

You may also order a la carte with the appetizers, soups and salads at $4.25 each, entrees at
$6.95 each and beverages at $1.50. Desserts are an additional $3.00 with either menu choice.


Salmon Mousse-smoked salmon with cream cheese served on a crostini with a caper

Ham Biscuits homemade biscuits with ham, baby arugula, and parsley butter.
Key West Seafood Salad- yummy spinach salad with orange dressing, topped with our daily
choice of seafood.
Avocado Green Salad- mixed salad greens garnished with fresh strawberries and avocados
served with a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Romaine Salad- grilled romaine lettuce with julienne red onions and orange supremes. Poppy
seed dressing finishes this tasty salad.

Soup- a daily selection prepared by the Percival Dining Room Saucier.

All entrees include appropriate starch and vegetables
Grilled Chicken with Fruit Salsa- chicken breast marinated in soy sauce and ginger and
served with a tropical salsa.
Sirloin Steak with Mushrooms-tender sirloin cooked to your liking with sauted
mushrooms and red wine sauce.
Steamed Mussels-fresh local mussels steamed in white wine with shallots and fresh herbs.
Lamb Kebabs-lamb cubes marinated in a smoky spice mixture and grilled with onion and
Lumache Coltano-ricotta and parmesan cheese stuffed shells with a delicious tomato sauce.
Serving a fine selection of coffee and tea from Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters.

Milk - Chocolate, White, 2 % Assorted Juices Soda - cold and refreshing

We offer a daily selection of freshly made desserts by the students in the Baking and Pastry
Arts Program. Please check with our wait staff for todays temptations.

The Percival Dining Roomis the instructional facility for the students enrolled in the Culinary
Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts programs. We are located on the campus of South Puget Sound
Community College, Building 27. Except for special circumstances, we are open from 11:00
a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Thursday during regularly scheduled class days. For
your convenience, you may obtain updated weekly operational information and make your
reservations by calling 360.596.5404 or campus extension 5404.

ALL Buffets cost $ 15.00 including tax and Reservations are REQUIRED.
