Accomplishments:
Spent the first 3 months establishing the accounting department by implementing systems and

Saw that all back payroll and sales tax returns were filed and taxes paid. Attained the abatement of
penalties by IRS & State of AZ
Put in place systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting and cut
the accounting work time needed to two days per week.
