1. Problem
In the seventh week, I was still having the same problem as the fifth week, which was
time management. I had to carry out my intervention for the proposal. The problem is
that, I do not have enough time preparing the materials since I was very busy with
sports and planning materials for observations. Twice a week, every evening I had to
train the year 5 & 6 pupils for volley ball. My timing schedule was very pack since I
stayed at my house and I am taking care of my mom, so I have other important family
matters to cover too.
2. Analysis
The problem arose mainly because of my own weakness in dividing my time well. I
should focus more on the implementations of the interventions rather than being too
focus on other less important matters. I also need to be aware not to mix family matters
and responsibilities with my teaching profession.

3. Suggestions
(a) Identify time needed to provide good materials for observations.
(b) Consider elements of priority first.
(c) Do a checklist.

4. Duration of problem rectification
The problem basically took me about two or three days to realize how worst things
could ever be if I did not have good time management. I think I will not be having any
more problems with the time management for the upcoming week, which will be on the
eight week, since I already know how to handle and to face this similar situation.




5. Evaluation
As a result, after I had evaluated how much these problems effect by teaching and
learning process, a serious plan must been done. Actually, this problem can be easily
overcome if the correct steps are taken into account. I just have to improve by
consuming what the priority task first, and then proceed to other activity.

6. Follow up Action
I always keep in touch with my guidance teacher for some advices with the time
management problem. She had stated that this problem was very common among
trainee teachers. However it is not permanent. It can still be overcome if a wise action
was taken into consideration. I should and must have a quick checklist of what to do
and to be completed each day so that my time will be spent wisely and efficiently.
